Host was very welcoming , quick to reply . The condo had everything in it you could possibly need . Would love to bring grandkids next time . They even had coolers and beach chairs etc. pool was heated and love Saint Augustine . Unit was clean and nicely maintained . We will be back .:)

Loved our stay! We have been staying at different units in OVC for 30 years. This was the best of them all! Updated furnishings, fully equipped kitchen for our needs, and very attentive host. Also loved being in the building closest to the side entrance. We had a wonderful stay!

Location is great and the community is safe. No doubt the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in, cabins included. This location is family oriented which means everyone is on their best behavior. Our host is as good as it gets. Prompt and friendly! Hope she has the unit available next year.

We loved this apartment, it was a very nice clean updated unit, equipped with everything you could need. It overlooks one of the two swimming pools on the complex plus there is BBQ areas, gym and tennis courts and a short stroll to the private access to the beach.Great communication with the owner throughout our 10 day stay.Great dining and shopping minutes away and the Old Town just a short drive.We highly recommended this apartment and we will certainly be coming back in the future.

Spent the week at this charming condo! Steps from the pool, tennis courts and the beach! We loved our stay and how close it was to everything. We enjoyed morning runs and sunset walks on the beach! Thank you! The condo was fantastic and we love the updates!

We loved our stay here. Jean and Jeff thought of everything to make their place comfortable for guests. The condo was completely stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation including umbrellas, chairs, coolers and boogie boards. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and the beach. The grounds and beach are well groomed. Overall a wonderful stay!

This property met our expectations and more...it is clean, safe, quiet, and convenient to all that St Augustine has to offer. We had a wonderful vacation & would recommend this property to anyone visiting the St Augustine area. The property owner's communications were timely, helpful, and very much appreciated.

Jean and Jeff’s condo was perfect for us. We stayed for the month of January. Everything you could think of was supplied, sheets, towels, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, just about everything! Jean kept in touch and was available if we needed anything. Really great location too, very close to down town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is an active community, lots of people at the pools and activities. It was a great experience and I’d recommend this rental, thank you for a fun stay at your condo.

Very pleasant condo and complex.

We have stayed many times and we love this condo! Everything you need is there including everything you need for the beach. I was a little frustrated because when we were there it was cool and the heated pool was not warm. I messaged Jean and she contacted the complex via phone and email immediately and they were able to get the heat turned on! This is a great place to stay! There are a lot of things to do in st Augustine.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Condo was very nice, kitchen was very well stocked, appliances were new and upgraded, rooms were large and comfortable. The owner was so accessible, always available to answer questions and so kind.to deal with. We will definitely return !!

We had a wonderful stay. Walking distance to the beach and very close to the pool. Condo had everything you could want with beach toys, chairs and towels. Plenty of room for a family.

We love staying here - it is well-stocked with kitchen and beach equipment, clean, safe, and in a great location with a very short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the pool or tennis court. The downtown area is a short drive and we were even able to do a day trip down to Daytona. If you are weird like me and cook while you're on vacation, you'll find all the dishes you need and some basics like foil, salt & pepper, and oil. Having the washer/dryer in the unit is a huge plus. Jean is always so nice and has great suggestions for restaurants and events. We are looking forward to our next stay already!
