Spring Break Curfew Notice:
Please be advised that March 1 – April 19, a 7:00 PM curfew for unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 will be in effect in coordination with the Walton County Sheriff`s Office.
This policy applies to Seaside, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and the majority of communities along 30A, all of which are enforcing these Spring Break safety regulations in unison with local law enforcement.
Guests are responsible for ensuring all members of their party comply with community guidelines and local regulations.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 23 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are provided in the home.
7. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.


*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
1. Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all trash in the home to exterior trash cans in the gated trash corral between buildings A & B.
2. Load and start dishwasher — please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on kitchen counters.
3. Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room.
4. Check all drawers and closets for any personal items.
5. Return beach key fob to the kitchen counter.
6. Turn off all lights and make sure windows and exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked at the bike rack at the Seacrest Beach entry or exit.
7. Check out on time, 10am CT firm. If leaving prior to 10am CT kindly send a text message noting the property you are departing from so we may inform our cleaning crew that they can enter the unit.

    Our stay here was amazing. The condo is beautiful and the perfect size for our family of 7 (plus one cute infant) The pool was very crowded and hard to find space over the 4th of July weekend but we had the pool facing balony which made it feel like we were sitting poolside! We will definitely be back to stay here!

    Fantastic location, steps to pool amd 5 min to beach! Accomodations to notch, fit 8 adults perfectly. Elevator broken while we were there, reported but nothing done. Other than that, PERFECT!!

    Had a lovely 8-day stay in May 2025. Condo is beautiful and nicely appointed with a deck overlooking the lagoon pool -- perfect! The location is fantastic!! It's near the pool, an easy walk to the beach as well as Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. So many great restaurants nearby. My only suggestion (and this is really minor) is to notify renters that the faucet on the kitchen sink is touch-based. (It took us days to figure that out -- quite frustrating.) Otherwise -- everything was PERFECT!

    We had a great stay. The condo was larger than I expected. Everyone had their own space which was nice. Designated parking was convenient and so was the elevator for loading and unloading. Also loved the porch. Beds were comfortable too.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was right on the pool which made it so convenient with the baby. The owners thought of everything! They had fabulous appliances both small and large. The furniture was extremely comfortable. We had 8 adults and a baby and never felt crowded. We would come again!

    The neighborhood and condo are clean and as represented in the photos. Very close to everything. Unfortunately, theres a long list of rules for the pool that are strictly enforced by the staff. They are constantly correcting you poolside: no drinks or food within FOUR feet of the pool, no leaving your chairs for greater than 10 min or they take up your towels, kids have to get out for break every hour for 10 min and can’t even place feet in water, have to be at gate by 9 am with all staying on the grounds to get pool chairs (there are not enough of them, arrived one day after 9 and were unable to get any chairs), can’t swim if lightning is within 10 miles of pool, and umbrellas can’t be up if it’s windy. It’s hard to enjoy a vacation/short term rental. It would be fine if we were owners or the rules were clear on this listening beforehand to understand what we were paying for. The “private” beach is TINY. It’s shared by the entire property as well, and is vastly overcrowded.
