Jaw-Dropping View @ Sea Colony Oceanfront 3 BR Condo with 5 Star Renovation!!

We had a very nice stay! The condo was very clean and exactly like it was described. The host was very responsive with any questions.All and all we had a great stay! Would highly recommend!

A really beautifully decorated condo, we really enjoyed our stay!

You are mostly paying for the view and location, which are both excellent. Short drive to the boardwalk and short walk to the private beach, which is lovely. Unfortunately, we arrived to a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and most of the dishes in the cabinets were also not clean. We were also frustrated to pay full price for the mandatory recreation passes when only one of the outdoor pools appeared to be open and Sea Colony was clearly in the process of preparing for the off-season. The passes were also 55 per person instead of the advertised 45. Informational welcome guide from host should be updated. In all fairness, we left with a bad taste in our mouth as the fire alarms seemed to have malfunctioned 2am on our last night and the whole building had to evacuate and stand in the parking lot for an hour and a half. Obviously, not the hosts fault, but also not ideal with small children. All-in-all we had a lovely trip with friends, but felt we overpaid for the stay.

We have stayed in this unit multiple times , another amazing trip.

My family enjoyed our stay this summer. My only issue was the condo was not clean. Everything was dirty, fingerprints all over appliances, sliding glass door and all top surfaces were very dusty. I contacted the owner and she immediately sent the cleaners back. When you work hard all year and spend thousands of dollars on your family vacation, the place needs to be immaculate. The cleaners need to do better. Thank you - the view was priceless!

This Sea Colony unit has the most splendid view of lovely Bethany Beach and very comfortable living spaces. We did most of our cooking at home and found everything we needed. The beach walk from Farragut to Bethany Beach was just long enough to justify ice cream treats!

This is our favorite place to rent in Bethany. The condo is exactly as listed. Communication with the owner is always great. We will definitely be renting again in the future.

My sister and I took two aunts and our mother (ranging in age from 81 to 91 to Bethany to see their cousin potentially for the last time. They had spent many years vacationing in Bethany and wanted to experience a walk down memory lane. The condo was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the beach. It was clean, well designed and beautifully decorated. We had an absolutely perfect time!

Great communication with the owner. Upon arrival it was exactly as pictured. Our view of the ocean was spectacular. The condo is well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this unit 505F.

I could not have asked for a better 2 week vacation stay! 5 stars all the way! The host was on top of our communications and very accommodating. The unit was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the balcony was enjoyed by all. Cheers until next year!! Kim A

Great place and fantastic host. We had a blast in the place and happy to see the upgrades in this sea colony unit on the beach. We will be back.

Place is beautiful and very clean. Beach and pools were beautiful and centrally located to many restaurants. Our family had an amazing stay.
