Jade East 1640 Beachfront With Pool and Pickleball

The condo was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. We had been told we could put a canopy up and took one with us only to find they were not allowed. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time and we wouldn't have hauled one all the way there

My sister and I stayed 5 nights with our families. We had 10 adults total and had plenty of room for everyone with 2 people in cots in the living room. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the entire stay. One note for future renters… the master bedroom facing the beach has no curtains or black out shades just transparent blinds. Be sure to put the early risers in that room. The views are spectacular from that room though. Overall we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed our days relaxing in the beach.

I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely go back again next summer. I needed help with masters bedroom tv. The maintenance came right out. Very good communication.

Our second year in this unit and it doesn't disappoint. The upgrades were noted and we love the little desk in the bedroom as we work while there. Extra ice maker is awesome--particularly as the water and ice in the new refrigerator had a plastic / poor taste. Tap water and ice from the extra ice maker were key!

We had a great time.

Every thing was ok this was my 4th year at the jade east towers. The security gaurds were over the top this year on the hour every hour asking for wrist bands. Telling us we had the wrong color and gave us attitude everytime. We only had what was supplied to us. But other than that the stay was good.

It was an older complex but very well maintained. The elevators were always available and the beach wasn’t packed because the amount of units was just right !

We will book again and again, the location , the view , THE MATTRESSES !! They did not skimp on this , thank goodness. I'm older and while it might seem frivolous to some . To me it makes or breaks the stay.

This place was beautiful and accommodated us all with three large bedrooms with 3 full baths. Within a mile from good restaurants and grocery store. Easy access to pool and beaches. Very nice amusement park across street if you had children. Beautiful, definitely would stay again!

This vacation was just what I needed…beach, beach, and more beach. To be able to walk out to the beach so easily and have a chair with umbrella waiting every day was perfect (extra cost for chairs and umbrellas but well worth it). The pool was warm which was perfect with the windy night air. The kids loved having their own spaces to retreat to as well. Rather than renting boogie boards from the umbrella place we bought them from 5 Below for 5 each and then gave them to another family when we left. You definitely get your moneys worth doing it that way.

The pictures are exactly what you’ll get. As we were working “from home” (with sand on the ground, not snow), the desk in the master bedroom was perfect! We had people fly in every weekend (it did get old driving the hour round trip to VPS). Property Management was one of the best I’ve worked with. They were firm but very understanding. Would definitely rent from Love Rentals again.I really have no complaints about anything! Location to Hwy 30A was close and great for day trips. Pool was heated and other residents were friendly. Pickleball shared court with tennis court, but lines were painted for both and the surface was newer.

This was a great condo! Sunrise and sunsets could be seen from the porch. The grounds are well maintained and the condo is in a gated community. Condo was everything we could have wished for. Great vacation.

The condo itself was very clean with a beautiful view of the Gulf. We fit 9 people in the condo comfortably. The communication with the booking agency was less than factual regarding the pool and if it was heated during our trip. Said it would be and it was not, which lead to a really cold pool and disappointed kids. The other downfall with the whole condo building is that they line the edge of the beach spanning three separate condo buildings with the rented chairs and umbrellas. If you have your own beach chairs and don’t want to pay that added fee or sit behind all those chairs with a blocked view of the water, you have to walk quite a ways down the beach to sit without looking at the back of chairs. If you’re hauling all the beach stuff and toys for kids, this is more of an annoyance than anything since you paid for the condo like others. Not a deal breaker, but would be nice to know in advance. Overall the condo was great and we had a wonderful week.

We had some slight confusion upon arrival as we didn’t receive a gate code, but it was quickly resolved once I messaged through VRBO. Everything beyond that was perfect and we had a lovely week!
