Jaco Beach 2 bedroom poolside condo with extras

Property needs upgraded but in a good location

My wife and I visited Jaco for the first Time a few days before the New Year. So we did not need a high dollar large place to stay to do the check it out thing. The whole rental experience was easy and the accommodations were more than adequate for two grown adults. it has two bedrooms how ever we used the smaller room for our luggage storage. This condo is in a gated community directly across the street from the community pool. Everything we needed towels, coffee pot and so on were right at hand. The neighbors were wonderful and very inviting. I would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for my husband and me! It felt as if we were visiting our good friend Hunter, who greeted us warmly at our arrival and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. He responded promptly to any questions or concerns. The condo was clean and prepped for our arrival. The condo literally has everything you need!!! I mean everything except washer and dryer, but there are several places to do laundry within a city block if you need. I did not ask Hunter if there was an onsite washer and dryer as I choose not to do laundry on vacation.... We used the beach mats and body board during our stay as they are hard to pack and not cheap to purchase. We did not spend much time at the condo. We slept, showered and did small meal prep as there is SO much to do and see in Costa Rica. If we wanted to lounge at the Condo and pool as part of our vacation it would have been comfortable, just not our style. The AC is a rock star and was most appreciated after our daily adventures. We never felt unsafe or out of place at the condo. The gate guards are very polite and friendly. The neighbors are helpful if you have questions or need assistance. The pool is nice with a pretty water feature at one end. There is seating all around and we spent evenings cooling off at the pool. There are so many great restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores with in minutes of walking from the Condo. The people in Jaco are friendly and helpful. Most everyone speaks Spanish and English. The Condo was more room than what was needed for the two of us. We would definitely rent from Hunter again! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was as described. The owner is super good about answering messages and giving you info on where and when to go when you need something. He seems like he wants you to feel at home. There's art everywhere in the condo, so when you walk in, it feels like you're not in some hotel, but a place that feels homey. To add on to the list of wonderful things, the condo had everything we could possibly need. If I needed something, usually all I would have to do was look for it and 95% of the time it would be there. I would absolutely recommend this property for traveling friends or small families.
