Nice area great view, just had a lot of trouble getting in the condo

Would consider this property again in the future.

I had a lot of trouble getting checked in. I never received information on this before my trip and the cell reception was spotty so I couldn't access vrbo app or texts msgs most of the day. The phone number given for host worked half the times I tried it. The other times it said it wasn't in service. When we finally get checked in, there is only one roll of toilet paper but two bathrooms. There was soap in only one of the bathrooms, a small bar. There is very limited parking. Overall the place is nice & spaceous. But after a long day of traveling and the stress of not being able to check in, I have mixed feelings of this rental. I won't be back.

Property is close to Dollywood and all the local attractions. The condo was clean and nice. We had a great trip to pigeon forge!

The dryer did not work. If the property manager had informed us of that fact, I would have brought more clothes, with the knowledge I could not wash and dry the few clothes that I brought. The sliding doors and windows need to be replaced as they do not keep down the street noise or the hot and cold air. The traffic is just as loud with them closed as it is with the doors open. The rug had a strong odor of a family pet. (Dog) we will not stay there again.

This condo was very nice and perfect for our stay in Pigeon Forge. Very clean and comfortable. The balcony was perfect for catching the Dollywood fireworks at night. The owner communicated very well when we had questions. Perfect stay here.

Everything was close to the property with in short distances

The parking is minimal, more than once we had to make our own parking spot as there was no parking left. Wish there was a pool as we thought there was. Other than that, very clean and had everything we needed. We had one issue where hot water wasn’t working and maintenance was at our condo within 30 minutes to fix it.

The condo was big and not nice!

Everything was clean and ready to be used. I did have trouble with checking in but got it sorted out an hour later.

Do not stay here! This has been a nightmare for me and my family. We tried staying here over Christmas week, and had to leave and find another place to stay after seeing how filthy the unit was. We contacted the host regarding everything and they were quick to respond and said they would refund us, so we thought

Condo was in a great location, easy to get to. It was also very spacious and clean. Pros definitely outweighed the cons, however some improvements would definitely be welcome.The kitchen had a nice variety of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. It did not have any basic staples like salt & pepper, sugar & creamer for coffee or even coffee pods. Not a huge thing, but I guess we’ve gotten spoiled by other properties.Another thing that would have been nice were the sofa beds having pillows. There were not any extra pillows anywhere in the condo. We made due with rolling up blankets to be used. While we could have reached out to the property manager it was so late when it was realized. This condo is on the 4th floor with a nice balcony, but the elevator did go out during our stay. I did use the stairs (with a broken foot) and it was fixed by the time we returned later that evening.Very basic, but met most of our needs and like I said, pros outweighed the cons.

Very nice location, Unit is very well decorated and mostly clean. We had a few issues with our stay, sent 3 messages to property manager and never received a response. The keyless entry lock was very frustrating and was difficult to unlock. The garbage disposal was clogged and the guest bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower/tub area. Beds were very comfortable.

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. It was also close to everything we wanted to do. When we first got there, we were having trouble getting in but the host was quick to answer our call and help out. We can’t wait to stay again, and highly recommend staying here!

The condo was very nice. Water pressure is low, but thats probably at building issue.

Condo was close to everything that we wanted to do. Very clean, we didn't cook anything while we were there, but kitchen looked well stocked if you want to. We were only there for a short time and we got take out from Pigeon Forge Deli two days w/left overs for dinner, we eat there when we visit every time, locally owned and operated w/friendly staff. Will stay there again for sure!

Condo was great and just as described. Very clean and very large space. Bed in master was very comfortable. Only suggestion i would have is it needs screen doors on balcony sliders. There was a great breeze but couldnt leave doors open because of bees and gnats. Ceiling fan in master very noisy and probably needs to be replaced soon. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

This location is close enough to the action, but far enough away that you can relax. This is an older property that was as advertised. We had a minor issue that was handled quickly by the host. Great value and a great location. We would stay here again.

Just far enough outside the main area of pigeon forge but close enough that it is just a short drive. The condo had everything we needed as far as the kitchen so we could cook instead of going out. Plenty of towels and very clean! Awesome place to stay!

Property was very clean and well taken care of. It worked out perfectly for my wife, son, son’s girlfriend and I. Was convenient to town, entertainment, and restaurant. Even though we did not do any cooking the kitchen seemed to be well stocked and appliances were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect place for family of 6. Great location, close to all pigeon forge attractions but just far enough to not be bother by traffic noise.

Overall the place is as presented in the pictures. The listing states new mattress in the master bedroom but I would beg to disagree. The king mattress was very uncomfortable from extended use. Also the road noise at night is extremely loud in the master bedroom. A white noise machine would be recommended. Otherwise it was in a great location.

Beds are amazing I didn’t wanna to get up and go do anything.
