This place is awesome, it had everything thing you need, and so close to the beach. This is the best condo I’ve stayed at in 20 years hands down. Beds were comfy, Loved this place.

We really love this unit. Everything is in very good condition and we couldn't ask for a more convenient location. The ocean view is beautiful.

Great condo. Beautiful ocean view from side balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked. Host was very easy to communicate with and promptly replied to messages. It was so nice I already booked for next year!

Beachy Keen was perfect for our 2 week trip to NSB. Steve was so accomodating and helpful. The condo is beautiful (decorated nicely and very homey!), has a fabulous view of the beach and the pool, and it has everything we needed coolers, all kitchen things that we needed, plenty of nice towels and the bed is very comfy! We loved it so much, that we are planning a return trip!

Beachy Keen was absolutely perfect. The condo is so cozy and relaxing! It was extremely clean and well cared for and the location is just perfect. And the hosts were very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be returning!

We have stayed at the same condo several times and choose it as our first choice. Anytime we go to Florida! It is clean and adorable and updated and has everything we need.

The condo was very well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. And we cook a lot. There were even 4 fans for use! There was a beach view to the south from the balcony which also overlooked the pool area. Steve and Cathy were very quick to respond to messages and also have a detailed set of instructions prior to arrival—very helpful!

This is our 4th stay at Beachy Keen. It’s very clean, great location for Orlando, Port Orange, and Daytona. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice view of beach. Quiet condo community. Looking forward to retuning next year.

We loved the beach and the pool. We were happy that the rain held off while we were there. The stores and restaurants nearby were very convenient

Homely, comfortable and most of all the best location. Our family stayed in various condos throughout our stay (around 25 of us) and Beachy Keen was the most homely. Will definitely stay again

Steve and Cathy are wonderful host! Communication was excellent. Condo is clean and comfy with so much attention to detail. The beds are nice and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Has everything needed to prepare meals. Has a wonderful homey feel. Nice to sit on the balcony and hear the sounds of the beach. The location is great with easy access to many restaurants and Flagler Ave. for shopping. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend for a great beach vacation.

Well kept and loved condo. Residents were friendly and everything we needed was provided.

Condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very good beach and ocean view without having to deal with the heat and direct all morning sunshine experienced with full ocean view condos. Really look forward to returning at a later date. Owners provided easy contact for any problems, questions or needs.

I can honestly say that this condo is immaculately neat and clean. It had anything that you could possible need there. I will be renting this condo again!

Comfortable and pleasant furnishings. WiFi and streaming available in three rooms. Well appointed kitchen and in unit appliances including washer dryer, ice maker, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. View of the ocean and pool. The building is clean, permanent tenants welcoming, plenty of parking. Excellent hosts.

We had a lovely beach vacation at Beachy Keen! It had everything we needed and the hosts are wonderful and accommodating!

Great condo !Short elevator trip to the beach.Southern view of the beach … beautiful !No crowds at this time of year (May) … like having our own private beach !Golf, hiking, boat trip. shopping, and diningare all close by, along with NSB museum.

We had a wonderful time at this charming condo. It had everything that we needed, and then some. We enjoyed the game room, the shuffleboard court, and the pool. And of course the beach! We have been visiting New Smyrna Beach for 30 years. It's a great place to vacation. And this is a great condo. We highly recommend Beachy Keen.

We come to New Smyrna beach every year at this time. There were no issues and the place was wonderful. We woupd definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our time in New Symrna Beach. The property was clean and well taken care of. Everything you could possibly need was there for you. The furniture and beds were quite comfortable. There was a nice partial view of the ocean. The building was taken care of very well. The elevators were quick and always ready. The folks in the building were very friendly and kind. We loved the heated pool and table tennis. Their community room was really nice. And lastly the beach was great for taking long walks.Overall we were very pleased and would return.

Steve and Cathy are terrific hosts and we always enjoy our stay.

Convenient ocean access on site. Family friendly and even had some games to play. Close to shopping and tourist areas. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Wonderful location on the beach. Unit was well maintained & nicely decorated. Appliances were new and/or well kept. I would rent again & highly recommend this unit.
