Stayed Mar 19, 2026Great location… very close to Upham beach. Hosts were very responsive. No smart TV but we managed fine without. Check in was super easy.

Stayed Feb 17, 2026Unit has most everything necessary to Cook a meal . Could have used one larger pot and some larger bowls. Beds were comfortable and entire unit very clean. We had an issue with the refrigerator that necessitated throwing out food. No offer to reimburse for our loss . This was temporarily fixed within a few hours until the part was available the next day. Big plus was the small patio out the sliding rear door. We shared this with the people next-door who were very nice. It was fairly private and nice to eat meals outside . The wonderful friendly native pool was just a short walk to the rear of the building as was the nearby Upham beach. Nice to have 3 multi plug units with USB ports available in the apartment. Also batteries left for when tv remote dies. Parking was not difficult except over the weekends when more people came to the beach. Walkable to a number of nearby restaurants. Overall a great place to stay with 2 or 3 people.

Stayed Mar 18, 2023We loved our stay. The condo is in a great location across from the beach. The unit has a great ground level access and a nice private patio. The unit is great for the budget minded traveler, but as such it's not the Ritz-Carlton so have realistic expectations. Owners were great, check in simple. Overall our stay was excellent

Stayed Feb 6, 2023Loved the patio. It was a nice extension to the living space. Unit was clean but could use an update. It worked for us and we stayed for a month. Definitely would rent again if vacationing in the area next year.
