Property is new. In fact they are still building new houses and condos all around, but you could not hear the construction so that is not a concern. Very nice condo. A lot of room for a good price. No problems. Very pleasant stay.

Our group of 4 long time friends had a super fun time for our annual January trip. The condo is in a perfect location for ease of access to restaurants and shopping.

The condo was very nice and communication with the owner was great. The o ly issue was the elevator. We booked because of my mother with mobility issues and we needed the elevator. It broke down twice so three times we had to navigate the stairs with her which was difficult at best.

Beautiful unit and will definitely book again!

Heather has thought of every little detail with this condo! It’s clean, decorated nicely (perfect beach-town vibes!) and met all of our needs as a family of three (two adults/one 10 yr old)…..though the condo could easily suit a bigger group! We had no issues with our stay, loved the easy and close access to pools, beach, restaurants and so many fun things to do! We would definitely stay in this unit again! Owners were very prompt to communicate during booking process too! Five stars all the way around! Thank you!!!

The condo was very clean and quiet. Kitchen had everything one needs to prepare food. Host is very pleasant and friendly. Nice sidewalks to walk the dog. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

My husband and I were thrilled with this property. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with beach decor and all the amenities made for a relaxing stay. We have stayed at several properties in Sea Trail over the last couple of years... this was the best by far.

This property was ideal for our extended family getaway. The mini suite was perfect for our son and his family to have their own space. The condo was very clean and I am extremely picky! We had everything we needed so really enjoyed ourselves even with a tropical storm warning and lots of rain. We especially appreciated the host’s timely responses to all of our questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again.

We were disappointed with the kitchen. D/W and stove were old and needed updating. Some of the kitchen tools looked like cast offs from the owners kitchen. We only had two teaspoons and other things were unorganized and hard to find. Bring your own paper towels because the ones provided were flimsy. Bathrooms were very nice and clean. Owner responded immediately when we needed instruction on operating TV remotes in living room. Overall, I would say the condo was adequate but probably would not book again.

We had scheduled our long weekend a few months ago. Unfortunately, Tropical Storm Debbie was aiming at Sunset Beach at the beginning of our stay. I asked the host if we could cancel our trip. Since we were outside of the cancelation period we could only cancel if there was a mandatory evacuation. Understandable. The host was gracious enough to allow us to change the dates to later in the week since they had availability. Not everyone in our party of three could make the new dates work so I went to the condo by myself. Condo and location are perfect.

The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. The condo complex grounds were very pretty and well maintained.

It was good overall. Had a few issues but the property manager was notified and aware of them. Although the major one the elevator was out of her control..

We were delighted with the condo. It was beautiful, well pointed across from the pool. Should we come back to Sunset Beach, to stay here again.

This property was located in a nice quiet area, which is just what I needed. With the directions from the host check in was a breeze. The condo was lovely, set an all beach decor that made relaxing easy. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Would stay here over and over again. Highly recommend. Thanks for sharing a wonderful place for memories
