Isle of Palms - 3rd Floor Ocean Front with Private Balcony, Pool, and Pier

We had a great stay! The property is as described, clean, and comfortable. It felt slightly cramped (the bunk beds and bedroom are definitely making use of all the space!) and although the condo is updated and clean, the building and balcony show a bit of age, but nothing at all that interferes with a pleasant stay. Parking was easy, amenities were good, and the clean, convenient location made it easy to enjoy the beach and pool.

The property was perfect for a great week off from work. The condo was very clean and looked to have been updated. Even during the off season there were plenty of great eats within 2 blocks.

It is a great location. Beautiful views of the ocean very clean with all of the amenities that you would want.

We had a pool, beach on site with restaurants and some shopping near by . Location provided easy access to mount pleasant & charleston shopping & restaurants

Amazing property. I’ve stayed at many rentals local and internationally and this is one of the best. It’s a bit pricey but so worth it especially considering the balcony. Host is incredibly responsive and willing to help out however possible. Bedroom is a bit tiny but the bed is so comfy and the rest of the place is spacious enough to walk around. We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our first time in Charleston so amazing

Beautiful ocean views, walkable to restaurants, grocery store and shops.

This space is small!! I don't know how they can claim it sleeps 6 people when we could barely move inside with 2 !! The view and only an overnight stay was helpful. The cleaning people came 40 minutes early and kept coming back like vultures to clean the room! Extremely unprofessional and annoying!!

Owner always responded in timely fashion. Actually… within minutes. Nothing but trivial questions but never felt uncomfortable asking! Thanks John. I’d rent anytime but I must say, at 78, steps were challenging. Nothing we didn’t expect, just wanted the awesome view and always expect to do more than reality allows. We enjoyed our brief stay on way home south after several weeks of travel. with a visit from our granddaughter who lives in the area. Also would recommend the boathouse restaurant, which had mixed reviews, but, as foodies, I highly. ask for Ryan. Waiting a little bit is never a problem for us. That when you get good food and good service.

This was a great little find on Isle of Palms! Parking and check-in were easy and the condo had a great view of the ocean and the pier. Easy access to the beach and easy walking to distance to several restaurants and shops. Perfect for a simple getaway!

Our stay was restful and refreshing and the condo was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and an outstanding view of the ocean. Parking was easy and everyone was helpful. Our host was above and beyond responsive and professional.

Great place to stay, quick access to the pier and the beach, and the view from the balcony is pretty sweat. Not too far of a drive to downtown Charleston as well.

We liked the sea cabin very much. Being on the third floor gave us a great view of the beach. We were there for two months. The apartment itself was fine but there was construction going on the whole 2 months. The roofs were being replaced on all the buildings and the support posts underneath the buildings were also being replaced. A lot of noise and disruption. Wish we had been forewarned about it. Otherwise, it was good.

Condo was fine and as described. There was some construction noise from the complex bur that is to be expected in the off-season. John graciously allowed us a little extra time on the morning of check-out.

This was an excellent property to stay at. It was clean, beautiful beach view, good area for restaurants & shopping, not far from Charleston- about 1/2 hour. The owner was great as well, answered any questions we had. We definitely rent again.

This was ABSOLUTELY the cleanest rental condo I've ever stayed in!!!!! Everything was spotless!!! NO greasy-skin smell on the pillows or pillowcases - that is a smell that I can detect when others don't even notice it. They were super fresh!!!! The towels were also very clean and fresh smelling. Also, there was NO old urine smell in the bathroom at all! That is also a smell that grosses me out and nauseates me! Cleanliness means everything to me, and this condo was super clean!!! Oh - the bed was very comfortable too! If I get to stay at IOP again, I will definitely rent this condo if it's available!!!!

The condo was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony to watch the sunrise! Easy access to restaurants, grocery store, and liquor store. A wonderful place to relax! We'd definitely stay here again!

Very clean. Well-stocked kitchen. Lots of towels were provided. The condo is small, but it was plenty of room for the two of us. The private dock is a nice perk. The bunk beds are in the hallway, but there is a door to close it off from the living room and kitchen. Very smart design.

Beach view was great. Loved having breakfast on the balcony and watching the sun rise! There was a beach chair and umbrella, as well as a cooler bag in closet for beach use which was great! Only suggestion is new Couch or a thorough cleaning of it, it’s looking very worn.

Very clean and well stocked condo. Perfect view. Quiet. Only one issue with the oven that the owner addressed immediately. So nice we wanted to stay an extra night.

Nice oceanfront condo in the center of the action on IOP

My family stayed in this complex many times when I was growing up, this was a nice trip down memory lane for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

An absolutely amazing stay for a few nights, could not say anything better about the condo and host. Flexible with check in, condo was well equipped with everything we needed, and so close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store etc! Plus having the pool and private access to the beach was a huge bonus. Don’t be fooled, this condo could definitely entertain a small family!Will absolutely plan to stay here again in the future. Super impressed with the cleaning crew!!! Although the chemicals used for cleaning were a bit strong, I would much rather stay in a place that smells of cleaners than a place that smells musky or dirth. We could tell the place was cleaned efficiently and well taken care of. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!

Perfect location! Easy access to pool, beach, groceries and restaurants! We sat on the balcony in the evening enjoying the lovely view!

This rental was incredibly small for our family of 4. While it might be ideal for shorter stays, a couple, or families with children under 9, we felt cramped with a tween & teenage boy. The bunk area is carved into the main hallway separated by a curtain. A sidelight next to the entry door makes the area bright, which is a benefit mid day, but it interrupted sleep in the AM as the sun came up & also an outside light stays on all night &made it difficult for our boys to sleep or sleep in. Under the bunk storage was a plus & almost the only place to store items. The master closet is narrow. There is not a luggage rack, so we resorted to living out of our luggage on the floor with the closet door opened. The dresser in the master is useless as the drawers drop off the rails as soon as they are opened. There is only about 8 inches between the dresser & the bed to maneuver into bed. The master walls are extremely thin. We were often disturbed by garage trucks, racing cars, people speaking loudly in the stairwell, etc. The inner walls must be pretty sound proof because we never heard our neighbors even though we saw them & knew the unit was occupied. The pressure in the shower was amazing. The kitchen area was cramped but we managed. The cabinets are well stocked with more than enough dishes, but that left minimal space for any dry goods of our own. The refrigerator was great & the icemaker worked wonderfully & kept up with our needs. The view & location is the draw to this place.

My husband and I spent four wonderful days celebrating my birthday at this beautiful condo. It was exactly as described: very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was straightforward, and the view from the balcony was stunning. The location was perfect, with all the amenities we needed within walking distance.

We stayed at this condo for five days on our trip to the Charleston area. It was just as pictured and described in the listing. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed waking up with coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. John was very responsive and easy to deal with. The whole process was super easy from beginning to end. Location on the island was very convenient to the highways and was walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Perfect for an anniversary trip. Beach was great. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked wonderful as well. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Absolutely would stay here again. This is an end unit on the top floor and it was quiet.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) had a great stay for spring break. The location was perfect, walkableto many restaurants and shops and a short drive from many more. The condo was a great size for us and had everything we needed, and the porch view was amazing. We hope to return!

This condo property was a perfect beach side location close to the city of Charleston. The view was awesome! Sunsets and sunrise.The property was very clean and had all the amenities for a perfect stay. Decorated very nicely!We would definitely recommend and go back.

The beach access couldn’t be beat— view was awesome from the balcony. Property manager was helpful and polite. It is small ( especially the bedroom) but not a big issue.

Clean condo straight down from the IOP Connector, right by the beach bars and shops. Easy access to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Downtown Charleston. Nearly 180 views of the beach. Great for beautiful sunrises and long walks on the beach. It is a 3rd floor condo and there isn’t a lot of room for more than 2 adults, but we’d definitely rent it again.

We misunderstood and thought there was laundry in unit. Found later it was in a community building with coin operated limits. Area was not clean and hard to figure out how to use units

Great stay - property as advertised. Cross a parking lot and you are at the beach! Parking included and convenient. Very comfortable bed. Responsive and friendly host - easy and enjoyable experience all around.

We loved the amazing views of the beach, especially at sunrise! The comfortable living room and balcony were great places to sit and watch/listen to the ocean. The place was clean and well-stocked (plenty of soft towels, all the kitchen utensils, pots, and such that we needed). It was super close to the beach, with easy access to the beach, as well as being walking or short driving distance from restaurants and a grocery store. Communication was quick and easy, as was checking in and out. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice, comfortable and clean condo. It was cozy for the 2 of us. I’m not sure it would provide enough room comfortably for 6 adults especially with suitcases. Within a couple blocks of Harris Teeter. But loved the unit and the view of the beach was fantastic.

We both turned 50 this year and Charleston and Isle of Palms was the best destination. A couple of notes: the bunk bed set up was a little awkward: very, very narrow mattresses right in the light coming in from the front door that stayed on all night. Some of the doors stuck a little. The gate codes didn't work at the pool or the pier and beach access, but we were able to get them easily from the host. It would have been nice to have access to either Apple Play or Chromecast to the available TVs, or at least to have access to Netflix and other streaming services. The view was amazing! And the kitchen appliances and bathroom were reallygreat.

We wanted to explore Charleston, but stay by the ocean. This condo was a perfect fit. Great view of the ocean from the deck and a short 1 min. Walk to the beach on a private walkway. An easy 20-25 min. Drive to Charleston. Great restaurants within a 1-2 blocks of the Condo. The place was clean and just as pictured. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect place for us to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The condo was on the beach. The view was beautiful. The condo was nice and very clean. It’s was walking distance to restaurant and shops. Perfect little getaway for us. Loved how the beach was not overcrowded. We definitely hope to return next year. The property manager was very quick to respond to all our questions. Also the check out process was very simple. If you are looking for a place that makes everything easy. This is definitely the place to stay.
