Island Walk 313 - Anna Maria Island - Townhouse 3 Bedroom/ 2 .5 Bath with private pool , maximum occupancy of 6 people. Very close to the beach!

Loved our stay here. Easy check in. You do need to bring your own spices, trash bags, paper towels. WiFi worked great. The house has plenty of space. We had a problem with hot water on the 3rd floor. Called and Al was there within 15 minutes. He was so nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

When I arrived on 4/9/25, the pool was green. It took 5 days for the pool to be swimmable. The rental agent was very responsive and helped address the problems with the pool. But the owner should hire a pool maintenae company so this doesn't happen again.

My family and I had the most amazing time. It was absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to come back next year!

This property we have stayed at for the last 3 years. I really like the location. The pool was disappointing, we had to pay 20 per day and I had to call 3 times about it because it was not maintained. The pool had algea and the water was low several times, we had to put water in it. I do contribute it to the hurricanes possibly, the property otherwise was great as usual.

A very pleasant stay in a nice area, walking distance to Homes Beach.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We come every year and this was one of the nicer places we stayed. Pool was perfect. Short walk to beach. Everything was really nice.

Perfect spot for our family. We had a wonderful stay. A few hiccups that management fixed. Plenty of room with a nice pool. We don’t get to do big vacations very often and we really enjoyed this one. Lots of beach supplies!

Great location. Nice pool. Anna Maria never disappoints

We were with my son in law and daughter and 2 grandkids. One child was 14 the other child 10 both are girls. Location was great, loved the garage, all of the beach supplies, kitchen was fairly well stocked. Pool was great. Walk to the beach was easy. The house was very good. We went to beach in Am and pool in backyard in afternoon. The dishwasher worked but The dishwasher door opened and was practically on the floor. The silver wear basket for the bottom part of basket was broken and we weren’t able to use the dishwasher for silverware. The bed upstairs in guest bedroom was very lumpy and water pressure in upstairs shower wasn’t good. The master bedroom and all the other rooms were good. The communication with the paradise office was great. We enjoyed our vacation!

Instead of spending money on Christmas gifts, we decided to take a family vacation. Although we had some issues when we arrived, they were addressed quickly. We enjoyed the house, the pool, the time away and each other.
