Beautiful location. The pictures don't do it justice! So much wildlife to see and gorgeous water. You feel like you are in the Caribbean with the lush tropical plants and trees. Condo was cute and comfortable for 2 people. Loved sitting on the deck looking out over the white sand beach and blue water. Convenient to shopping, groceries and many restaurants but the area still seemed private!

It was beautiful and clean. Heidi remembered all the details, which made the stay memorable. The Weber grill was clean and convenient. We will be back soon!

The unit had gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. There was a full size kitchen to accommodate any type of dining experience. The host was very polite and accommodating! They even had the thoughtfulness of sending us a little morning gift! The place was very beachy and so cute.

The host was most welcoming and was excellent with communication. She was very attentive to our needs.

We loved staying at this condo for our summer vacation! The location is ideal with stunning picture perfect views directly from our balcony. The condo was cleaned and stocked with so many essentials! Our host, Heidi, was EXCEPTIONAL. She not only ensured we had everything we needed, she answered all of our questions super fast, sent a treat to our door because we were celebrating my 40th birthday and was overall an excellent host! We would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to others!

We enjoyed our vacation at this condo more than any other in previous vacations! Heidi is so amazing with communication and so thoughtful in making us feel like family. The condo was spot on with being clean, everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom supplies, items for the beach and special surprise delivery of goodies! There was a little hiccup with the internet and she was quick to help resolve the issue. We will definitely be back and spread the word to our family to rent from her! Thank you for making our vacation easier and less hectic with bringing too much stuff.

Place was perfect for a long weekend getaway! Steps to the beach, well maintained place. Loved every minute of it! The host made this stay over the top. She communicated so well and provided so much information, it made activity and food choice a breeze! I wish all hosts were like her!

This was perfect for my husband & I. Plenty of space for a couple, right on the beach. The pool/beach front back patio was perfect for morning tea and evening wine with an amazing view. The owner Heidi was absolutely wonderful with communication.

First Hedi is awesome from the first correspondence after booking to the last text for checking out. The condo is steps from the beach, we enjoyed watching the sunsets from the patio. The condo is great for a short stay. .

This condo has all you need and a gorgeous view from balcony. The communication from owner was informative and welcoming.

First time to gulf side of Florida and not the last! Water so much calmer than Atlantic side for young family to play in. Dolphins/Manatees swimming by daily. Very memorable. In regards to the condo, very clean, was able to sleep family of 4 pretty easy. View of Gulf hard to beat. Pool very clean and not busy. Great stay and don't think you'll regret booking.

Everything was perfect during our stay! This is the place to be if you are wanting a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Heidi is an excellent host and is very accommodating. She even sent some sweet treats a couple days during our stay (key lime pie was delicious)! Our view was amazing and the beach is beautiful! We will definitely be back.

This place had a spectacular view of the ocean and poolside with access right in the backyard. The beach location is a quiet stretch of sand with limited beachgoers and seagulls. It has a fully stocked bathroom and kitchen. Rafts, umbrellas, and beach toys were also provided so you can pack light. The only negative was the parking lot size and the fact that there isn't an elevator so baggage had to be dragged upstairs. Otherwise its a great place for either a couple or a family vacay. The hostess is very hospitable and accomadating.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at The Beach in Long Boat Key. The responsiveness of the host Heidi is unmatched, it was like working with a friend. She was so quick and helpful. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. She really works hard to meet the needs of her guests! The view was perfect and it was an wuick easy walk to the beach! Having beach equipment we could access was a plus! Heidi had a thoughtful delivery for us our first morning. I would recommend Heidi and any of her properties. We had a great but all to short time there!

very clean & cozy unit. Felt a little crowded with all the furniture. Great view of the beach that was steps away. Owner/management seemed to really care that our needs were met.
