Stayed Nov 4, 2021The view is amazing at this property! The sunset was gorgeous! The hot water didn't last long enough for even a 7 minute shower! Couldn't even shave! The walkways in completely flooded when it rained. Up to ankles flooding. My husbands tennis shoes were wet for days. Also, there were small ants on the kitchen counters.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Very nice condo RIGHT on the beach. Love the private walkway to the beach! Just a few steps and you’re on the beach! Bring a power strip if you need more than two outlets in the bedroom to charge devices. Extremely comfy pillow top mattress on bed. Everything is exactly as pictured, except the patio furniture was different. We will stay here again! Love the location in the middle of the island. Holmes Beach is VERY family friendly.

Stayed Apr 15, 2024Best beach on West Coast of Florida! At my age, stairs are no longer my friend but are a necessity on beach properties. However the stairs at this property were painted a dark blue and should have been lighted 24 hours.
