Stayed Dec 14, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was pretty and we enjoyed the week. However the bed in the front bedroom had springs that were felt through the mattress. Just terrible. The bedroom TV’s were not working. There were no grab bars in the shower. That is a danger. The place was attractive, clean and neat, despite the ongoing problems, we had a lovely time.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travel often & I rely heavily on past reviews when booking a property so I feel they should be honest. The condo is extremely small and there is no inside dining area. The bedding is in desperate need of replacement. It was clean and in a nice location. We did get to use the pool and that was kept at a nice temperture and very clean. Overall we had a nice vacation and the staff was very accomodating and friendly.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condominium was wonderful. It was only 2 of us so we didn’t need much room. We would have liked an indoor dining/kitchen table, but there was one on the back patio. We couldn’t use that table during the 2 days of pouring rain. The amount of ice available was fantastic. Kitchen appliances were easy to use in great operating conditions. We had a little problem getting in the front door but the cleaning woman was still around to help. We had no other problems with the front door code entry. The condo is in a great location and allowed to walk to and back from most activities in Key West.

Stacy was fast in addressing the issue. We were completely satisfied in the entire trip- location, cleanliness, and service. Thank you!
