You must be 22 years old and present a valid ID at check in and you will need to register your vehicle and your guest and pick up your armbands and parking pass -- HOA Rule. The parking pass must be in the front windshield at all times or your vehicle will get towed. The parking pass and wristbands are on the kitchen counter and must be worn at all times. There is a security guard as you enter the security gate onto the property and the security guard is there 24/7 and 7 days a week.
