Island Paradise: St Simons Is Cottage! No pets, non-smoking property.

The most prepared and well stocked rental I've ever been to! Communication with the owner was awesome and she was sooo kind. The turtle pond is way better than expected having over 20 turtles, big fish, and they LOVE to be fed. The condo is wonderful and even had a snack basket with wine for our arrival. The shed with bikes and beach equipment is FULLY stocked with 5 bikes, and more than expected. Even the bedroom had room darkening curtains that helped me sleep. It's ideally located that we biked to the pier, went fishing at the park across the street and was never more than 5-7 min away from anything. Seriously amazing rental! We are so happy we chose this place. It felt like home for a few days.

The place was nicely stocked with all the basics. It was great fun to watch the turtles from the balcony. Good location. Some traffic noise from the master bedroom. Twin bed was pretty squeaky.

Such a lovely condo with all the amenities necessary to enjoy a vacation. It was easy to cook at home, convenient to drive to places, and was a comfortable space to rest.

The condo was nice and clean. It provided everything we needed for our stay. Only minutes away from the beach, pier, restaurants and stores. The pool was nice with several tables, chairs and umbrella. The turtles at the back deck was really cool to see in the morning. Even though its located right at a busy intersections, going in and out of the place was easy and the noise of traffic was not so loud, it did not bother us. Definitely recommend for your stay at St. Simons Island, Georgia!!!!

Had a really nice 1 week stay in this condo. Location is perfect with respect to access to Saint Simon and back to other nearby destinations like Jekyl island an.d Saint Mary's. Directly adjacent to a very busy intersection with vehicle noise early morning through evening.

Cute 2 bedroom townhome. Very clean, well decorated. Had everything you needed. Shopping all within a couple miles. Out the back deck was a pond with about 25 turtles that came to see you everytime you opened the door! Kids loved them. Great place! Would definitely stay again!

Property was extremely easy to check into, easy to find, clean, had everything you would need (beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles), and was perfect for a family of 5 We plan on coming back next spring.

Great location on SSI. My toddler (3) loved the room with bunk beds which also had books and toys that kept her busy. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the turtles in the pond out back!

The condo was absolutely wonderful and we would definitely stay again. Easy to get to, great location and has everything you need. Very comfortable, clean and spacious but cozy. Watching the turtles from the back deck was a great bonus. Would definitely recommend it. Look forward to coming back sometime to stay longer. St Simon’s is a great area to spend some time- beaches, biking and walking paths, the pier, the lighthouse, great restaurants, just a really nice area!

Really enjoyed it here. Thank you for the wine and the goodies. We will definitely stay here again caught catfish off the back deck and bluegill a lot of turtles. They were just having fun. Enjoyed watching them we went to the beach too windy we washed the sheets and put them in the dryer and the towel

Spent 16 nights here mid-February.1st time on St. Simons, and we will definitely come back.Great for walking, biking, & EATING.Interesting local history, & very pleasant people.

We stayed at this townhome during a cold snap on the island, but the weather didn’t stop us from enjoying our vacation to the fullest. This home was a perfect mix of comfortable and clean, so we felt right at home coming and going between excursions. The housekeeping is amazing, and the small touches of included items made such a difference in our stay. We hope to come back again soon!

Comfortable two-bedroom condo was perfect for our group of three to enjoy St. Simon's and Jekyl Islands for the week. Owners responded to our requests in a timely manner. Only negative would be that it is near a very busy intersection and the traffic noise was noticeable from 6am through the morning hours.

Enjoyed the close proximity to my retreat facility, and nice spacious condo to enjoy during my down time. Husband was very comfortable and enjoyed his time while I was at rehearsals.

We had a great week on St Simons Island. The condo had everything we needed for the week. There are no tvs upstairs in the bedroom and if you are a light sleeper, I would bring ear plugs or a sound machine. The condo is on a busy intersection and can be loud at night and in the early morning. My son enjoyed feeding the turtles and the board games/toys/books.

Overall best option for price point. Good location and meet our needs.

We have fallen in love with St. Simons Island!!! Nice condo close to everything and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway.

This is our third time staying at this condo. It is always very clean and has everything we need. The pool is very nice and the turtle pond out back is such a nice touch! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay. It was clean, near attractions, had many amenities, our girls (10, 7, 4) slept great in the kids room, our bed was comfy, and the turtles were a hit. Also the outdoor shower and the beach gear were amazing to have! There was a bit of noise in the morning from the circle, but it you expected it a bit it wasn't bad at all. We will be staying here again!
