As with most of South Texas, high heat and humidity can be expected. Our location is within a miles of the beach ️, surrounded by palm trees , which adds to the region's charm but also brings a few natural quirks.

A Note on Pests
This area is home to a few pesky critters, and while they don't mean any harm, they can sometimes make an appearance. Cockroaches, mosquitoes, flies, Roly Polys (pill bugs), June bugs, small ants, and spiders ️ are occasional visitors—all non-venomous and natural to the environment. They are mostly attracted to the exterior lights at night or the humidity.

These bugs are part of the South Texas experience and will come regardless of cleanliness or food availability.
