Island Oasis! 1st floor! One block to the beach!

The property is very well maintained. the condo itself was perfect for us. It was very clean and well maintained, with a location that can't be beat! We would not hesitate to stay here again, the property has an excellent pool, gym and great outdoor facilities.

This is the perfect place if u like the beach! Condo was great and the host was fabulous!! Great little community and amenities!! Would highly recommend!!

The condo was clean and comfortable, and we had most everything we needed, but there were some minor irritations which detracted from the experience. The thermostat was a daily annoyance as it always changed overnight, requiring me to reset it every morning, something that was not easy to do. The people upstairs stomped rather than walked, often very early in the morning. The property has countless sand burs, making for an unpleasant and sometimes painful experience for my dog.

Cute place! We'll kept. I've never stayed at a place that had everything we needed and more. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, cooking and eating utensils, etc. Coffee maker (option to make apot of coffee or single serve). Beds and pillows very comfortable. Living room space comfortable. Cable TV. Option to log into our own streaming services. I have no complaints. I definitely could say it was our own home away from home. Host responded almost immediately - we had questions before our arrival. Highly recommend!

Very well equipped.

The place was very clean and well-stocked with anything we could have needed. The bed was very comfortable and the porch was a fun place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The hot tub was clean and nice and hot. We would definitely stay here if we make it back down that way.

We had an overall great experience with this stay. A couple of balls were dropped by the cleaning crew between the stay before ours and our arrival, but the host was very fast to respond and resolve the situation! Very friendly and accommodating. Besides some rough around the edges furniture in the apartment everything was super cute. the furniture was comfortable.(and beds) and kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay here again. The complex was also quiet and peaceful as was the pool the evenimg we went!

Cozy getaway, walking distance to beach, had the right amount of kitchen essentials for feeding hungry kiddos.

We loved staying at this pet and kid-friendly condo just off Whitecap Beach. The condo was clean and had toys and puzzles to keep us busy during breaks from the beach. We also enjoyed the pool. Overall quiet and peaceful stay for us. Thank you!

Loved all the extra kitchen supplies. Liked that there were spices and extra condiments. Very helpful. Learned that laundry detergent comes in a sheet. who knew! Thought they were dryer sheets. I bought some laundry pods. Loved the toys for my grandkids. Always fun to play with different toys. Pool was great and close to the condo. The only thing off was a couple of cockroaches in the second bedroom.

Great accommodations on first floor conveniently located near beach. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the island.

We had a great time! This property is nice and very welcoming! The beds are comfy with soft clean linens, the master bedroom & bath were the favorite. Both rooms are equipped with sound machines which were great for sleeping. They even share their beach equipment with their guests and provide beach towels. The hosts are great and communication was excellent. Overall, everything within the control of the hosts was excellent! The downside was the swimming pool. (Which is out of the host’s control.) It was murky and full of hair; obviously not cleaned regularly. The water spray stations on property weren’t working. In addition, the housekeeping staff didn’t do a great job in the kitchen. There were dishes in the dishwasher and a dirty dish in the cabinet. The unit smelled a little smokey when we entered, but the smell didn’t linger. There are many air fresheners throughout the unit.

We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing and beautifully decorated. We would definitely book again!

The place was nice. They thought about everything with kids and adults included. They had toys and beach supplies, the place was clean and nicely decorated. You could tell the owners care about their guests. The only downside was the cigarette smell emanating most of the day and night when the other unit guests or residents would smoke, the smell would come through the vents and was very unpleasant. I know it’s not anything the owners could control so I can’t be upset at them. Overall the place was nice. The pool was close by and so was white cap beach which was super nice.

Perfect location, very close to the beach which is what we wanted - never been to the Gulf so really enjoyed it.

Our stay at Island Oaisis was exactly what i planned. It was very home like, clean and the neighbors were friendly. My whole family enjoyed the time spent there and definitely made memories.

The location is close to the beach. It’s family friendly and clean. We had a great time boogie boarding, going in the hot tub and eating around the local restaurants. The host has great info in the condo that helped us enjoy our stay!

The property was very roomy and comfortable. It had all the conveniences of home. The complex was great: gym and pool. Every morning I walked the beach for miles and it was very dog friendly. I absolutely would stay here again. The house is inviting and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. Everything was clean and maintained. The owner, Sara, was easy to contact and responded immediately to questions I asked before we arrived. There were beach towels for us to use when we went to the pool and hot tub, so that was one less thing we had to bring with us. The washer and dryer are a definite plus since we didn’t have to bring suitcases of dirty clothes home with us. We were able to walk to the beach.

This is a great condo and the hosts are very accommodating. Very clean and comfortable. The host has all of the amenities. This is our second visit and hope to stay again in the near future.

Everything was as described, clean, comfortable, convenient location! If you aren’t familiar with the area you can buy a beach parking pass at the Stripes gas station on the corner and drive right onto the beach with all your kids dog and beach gear easy peasy! Drive down to the jetties by turning left when you get to the beach and you can see sea turtles swimming on the rocks!

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. Kitchen well-equipped plus bedrooms nice with plenty of towels. Everything clean and we had a restful stay. Hope to stay there again in the future.

We loved staying at Island Oasis. It was a perfect location for walking distance to the beach. We loved how clean the condo was, how it was staged and we also loved the Bible verses throughout the rooms. Their small touches everywhere made us feel welcomed. The Ayers were very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
