Updated, with new furniture and dcor in a 'Tommy Bahama' style. You'll love the peaceful, relaxing new look. This is the only 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a private, full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a new queen size bed.
The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be put together to become a king bed. The kit for this is in the condo.

You will arrive to complete comfort and all the essentials needed. Guests also have the use of Alexa. It makes it so easy to ask about the weather and neighborhood restaurants. All you have to do is say, Hi Alexa.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts. Easily explore, taking advantage of the free trolley, with stops the length of the island.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

General Rules-
No Pet are Allowed in the unit or on Island Beach Club Premises
Cars must be parked so they do not obstruct the walkways. Each Unit is permitted to one car on the shelled lot.
No Gulf Carts are allowed on premises.
Skateboards and roller-skates may not be used on the association property.
Per Holmes Beach Fire Rules-Cooking Grills may not be used on balconies, on walkways or in parking lots.
There is only one designated grilling area, and each user should try to keep grill and grill area clean.
Children cannot be left unattended. They are not allowed to play on public balconies and stairways.
Towels, clothing, etc. may not be hung over balcony railings.
Balconies or walkways in front of units or on side of buildings may not be blocked.
No Rowdy or Disruptive Behavior
Nothing can be left outside during Hurricane Season if the Unit is Unoccupied.
All Tenants must abide by the four- person occupancy limit per rental unit, and guest of these tenants should be limited and closely monitored. Guests may park at the north end of the building only.
Trash Rules-
Please bag and tie garbage to reduce odors
Empty your trash in the community dumpster provided at the rear of the property

Swimming Pool and Swimming Pool Area-

Only tenants and their guests are allowed. Guests must be accompanied by a tenant staying on property.
Tenant use of the pool is limited to four persons per unit, tenant / groups greater than four persons are welcome to enjoy our private beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult whenever in the pool area.

    Overall a really nice stay. Aside from the labels everywhere and absurdly small amount of provided toilet paper, the beach is really gorgeous. The unit was clean and comfortable, just don't expect a beach view. Overall we would stay there again.

    Let me start by saying, we had a great time, overall and would return. This location was very private, quiet and while the view from the actual room is a bit hindered by a home, it was amazing to walk to the private beach area and watch the sunsets. There were no issues with parking and lots of near by shops, restaurants. Publix very close, also. Anna Maria island itself was so nice to visit and for this being our first trip, it was an ideal family getaway. The unit was conveniently located on the first floor, easy for our little ones coming off the beach and back and forth to the pool. We used the facility grill one night. The kitchen countertops and appliances were a nice update. The bathroom showers, also. (Though the squeegee request after using each time was a bit annoying). The unit was a little dirty in the bathrooms and the floors (hairs and dirt that looked left behind), but the new bedding and mattress was nice and clean. I was a bit concerned about my children with the furnishings, such as a glass table and a buffet that held lots of glasses but nothing was broken! In the future, I’d love to return but would suggest more family/child friendly furniture, a new blender and cleaner bathrooms. We loved our stay, the sunsets, the private beach and Anna Maria island!

    Of course the beach is amazing, white sand, calm waves, clear blue water. The condo was steps to the beach, quiet area, yet a road down is shopping and food, very convenient. Condo was clean, 2 bathrooms were nice, cause there is always someone that has to go at the same time as another person. Washer and dryer was so convenient. All necessities available in the kitchen. Pool was nice, although no real shallow end if you have small kids.

    Our family enjoyed the location of this condo, which has excellent access to the beach and a pool when the little ones get tired of the ocean. The condo was clean and well-situated for us, but I was a little put off by the lack of basic amenities. The condo had all the utensils we needed for cooking (presumably thanks to the owners), but the management/cleaning service ridiculously skimped on basic amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage sacks, and hotel shampoo and conditioner. Since we were there for a week and paying peak spring break pricing, I found this silly and off putting. To save a little karma, couldn't they have provided more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for an entire week, one roll of paper towels, and two kitchen trash sacks? And how about leaving salt and pepper in the cabinet since I'm sure we were not the first family to buy and leave this sort of stuff at the condo? This was not a huge deal, but I think the owners should talk to the management company about the lack of attention to detail on these issues. On the positive side, we were concerned that the condo would be loud because it has several units, but that was not the case. There were no spring breakers -- just quiet families and retirees. It really is a lovely place.
