Isla Paradise -A Fabulous Poolside Condo with Amazing Ocean Views

The condo is beautiful, the pool is awesome, and the location in relation to two great restaurants and the Garrafón parks is unbeatable. The Cesar, the house manager was helpful. Information for the stay arrived via email at least a week prior to arrival. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of bottled water. My only criticism/feedback is that you really need to rent a golf cart or moped early, prior to your trip. If not, you will be at the mercy of finding 10 cabs your entire trip, to come and go. The bedroom has a thermostat that is separate from the rest of the condo and we found it did not get as cool in there as we would have hoped so we slept on the couch after the first night. We would definitely stay again. This will be a very quiet trip, and very different from the Cancun experience, but the beaches were amazing here, even during the Sargassum invasion.

Lovely infinity pool outside the living room deck, and easy access to taxis.

Fantastic views and really nice suite. Property policies are a little to restrictive with early 8pm closure of pool. However, owner is responsive and it is a fantastic and relaxing view.

We’ve stayed in this building on a prior trip to Isla. Great building at the quieter end of Isla - which we enjoy. Great little restaurants and small shops around - would recommend a scooter or golf cart although buses do travel around the island. Quiet pool area - most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Enjoyed the far off view of Cancun especially as we sat out in the evening enjoying a margarita on the patio which is literally steps from the pool. Well furnished with a very well equipped kitchen, 2 Roku TVs (one in bedroom which is a big plus for me). Cesar was there to greet us on our arrival and very quickly showed us around and was available for any of our needs. Thank you Sharon and Dieter for sharing your lovely home.

We loved our six weeks at Sotavento. Dieter and Sharon’s condo is great. Beautiful view, excellent pool and Caesar was always prompt and very pleasant with water deliveries. Sharon and Dieter were responsive and helpful with booking and planning our trip. The condo is EXACTLY as advertised. Very safe and clean. The pool was lovely, quiet and the views incredible :) The beach club just behind the property was nice and inexpensive. The taco stand across the road (Lancheros) were the best we had! Loved our vacation and Sharon, Dieter and Cesar (the local manager) were so very helpful and welcoming we'd rebook without hesitation!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo and absolutely loved it. The view was fabulous. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
