Stayed Jul 3, 2024We would rent this condo again solely because of the location of the property. It is extremely convenient and minutes away from the pool, Publix, and a few restaurants. We walked to the Orlando Convention Center which is about 25min. The bones of the condo are somewhat aged, but not enough to matter. It’s nicely decorated and everything is in working condition. The communication with the owner is fast and easy. Absolutely no complaints at all.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect, close to all popular attractions and within walking distance to Publix and several restaurants. The only recommendation I would make is to change the mattress in the master bedroom and all the pillows. The bed was very uncomfortable and all the pillows are flat.

Stayed Mar 21, 2023Great, modern condo with comfy beds and a REALLY comfortable couch. Seriously, I want to buy that couch. Easy 1 minute walk to the pool and hot tub, and was easy to find for rideshare and grocery drivers. We would choose this place again, certainly.

Stayed Feb 10, 2023Pros: Great location: short walk to Publix, Dunkin Donuts, liquor store. burger joint and a great Chinese take-out restaurant. On-site facility pool and hot-tub were nice. Overall, property manager was responsive to most requests. Cons: Kitchen was underwhelmingly furnished. No kitchen towels/washcloths, counter-top cleaner, cutting boards, pizza pan. Rationed paper towels, garbage bags, soaps and towels was laughable. I had to ask for a broom (which was delivered without a dust pan). Condo was overly dusty, but property manager was quick to replace filter which helped. Overall: not a memorable experience, for the price category, might as well stay at a Residence Inn and have maid service included.

Stayed Nov 30, 2022This property looked just like the photos. However once we were in person every thing is done in the cheapest way possible. There were very few towels (4 for a 3 bedroom .There were not enough trash bags, there were not enough bars of soap. We were there with a 2 year old and the flimsy tables did not seem as if they would stand up to playing on them. On a positive note overall the place was clean. It was very quiet. There was easy access to a wonderful Publix grocery store and Duncan donuts.
