Irresistible! 3rd Floor, 5 Star Beach Front!! Early 1:30p check in!! Beach setup

We had a lovely time staying at Summerhouse. The host was welcoming, attentive, and very accommodating with our requests. The condo was spotless, and the view from the balcony was perfect. Even the staff at the complex were friendly and welcoming. The area at this part of PCB was guieter and less congested which was very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again and would love to make this an annual trip.

Great communication from the start to finish. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. Place was nice and clean! Would recommend anyone to stay!

Absolutely stunning view from the balcony. Condo was very comfortable and everything we needed. Loved the beach set up that came with this condo. Owner is super nice and cares about you and your stay. Everyone at this complex was so nice and helpful. We plan on doing a return trip.

The unit was clean and well stocked, the owner checked with us to make sure everything was as needed and of course the Summerhouse staff was awesome.

The condo is in a perfect place on the beach and has a great view from the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with a spice rack. The included lounge chairs and umbrella were a big plus as were the beach chairs in the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

The grounds are beautiful. The resort is the perfect size so you have great amenities but not overcrowded. Condo was clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there.

Property was as described. Loved being right on the beach. Condo was stocked well. Wonderful time.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is outdated but met our needs. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice (which is super important to me). The kitchen was well stocked with needed pots, pans, utensils, etc to make meals. We did rent a car but there restaurants within walking distance. Panama City can be crazy at Spring Break but this is far enough down the beach that we enjoyed a quiet week at the beach. Our girls enjoyed the heated the pool and all the sports activities the property had to offer.

We had a great stay. The condo had everything that was needed. Checking in was a breeze. The condo is as listed. The view was fantastic. Location was great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Can’t wait for our next trip to PCB. We will definitely book again!!

This condo at The Summer House was absolutely amazing! Views were astonishing and the Sunset was incredible ever night right off the balcony! The condo had everything we needed for our stay! Our host was responsive and accommodating to all our needs! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

This unit was perfect for our group of six. On the third floor and quick access to the parking lot and the pools/beach. The condo was clean upon arrival and stocked with all necessities. Beds were comfortable and the unit has three Roku TVs. The included beach chair service is nice. Would stay here again!
