Inviting Gulf-front condo In Perdido Key with waterfront pool/hot tub and oceanfront balcony

This property was everything I could’ve asked for they thought of everything you could possibly need. Cleanliness was top rated in the facility was just amazing.

This condo was awesome. We made some pretty awesome memories here. I would highly recomend this condo for a family vacation.

Everything was perfect! Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great in the showers, not one single complaint, will definitely return.

Great view, nice place, good value for off season. Its an older building, but well maitained. The management company was easy to communicate with. They checked in with us, which was nice.

The hot water heater wasn’t working & it was getting repaired the day I left, and the king size mattress is extremely firm, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. I wanted to let you know so it can be addressed. Great views.

condo is beautiful and view spectacular. condo was clean but could use a deep clean, master bed is very very high and very hard to get into without a stool, once in is very comfortable . could use some updated cookwear

The view was outstanding. The unit did need some freshening up. The closet door in the small bedroom was off the track (broken), The closet door in the big bedroom was missing a handle (there was only a screw sticking out to grab on to. It appeared kids stayed in the unit prior to us. The remotes for the TVs were not with the TV which they controlled. There was excessive junk in the laundry room and the open network panel there appeared to be a mess (it should not have been open with no way to close it).

Condo was clean and everything was in working order.

There was a lot that needed updating. It was a good location. Blackout curtains would be nice for the rooms with constant lights outside the windows.

The property's layout was exactly what we needed for our stay. However, the WIFI sign in information did not work which caused me to cancel a zoom meeting that I had scheduled. We called the support team and they had the same log-in information that we had and could not resolved the problem. They told us that we would receive a call for additional support, but that second call never happened. Not pleased with their support. There was no toilet paper or hair dryer in the master bathroom. (Extra toilet paper and one hair dryer was in the guest bathroom.) The shampoo and body wash in the master shower were empty. It would also have been helpful to have some hangers in the closet.

We had a quick trip, it was a great location. The exterior could use some TLC but great location. WiFi wasn’t working but we survived

The property nice and clean. Some things need updating such as bathrooms. There also needs to be a deadbolt on the door. I did not feel safe and had to prop a chair under the door handle in order to do so. The power was not working in the master bedroom. It was reported and no one ever came to check it out or fix it. So the whole time I stayed, I was not able to turn on the light, use the ceiling fan, or watch tv in the room. The size of the balcony and views were amazing. Sunrises were gorgeous! It was a very relaxing environment and location was perfect. Beach was not crowded at all and you can find the most beautiful intact sea shells as you walk along the beach. I would stay again and recommend, but I would like the power to work and a deadbolt on the door as added security.

This is a lovely property but needs both security and infrastructure updates. The door does not deadbolt or securely shut, which led to a screaming sound whenever the winds were high. Additionally, like other reviewers, I share the opinion that the couch really needs to be replaced. In terms of security, the lobby was not secured, which should be updated as well.

Everything was as advertised. Very clean, nice location. The living room sofa needs to be Replaced !

We will be back there in April if we can love this place
