Inviting Gulf-front condo In Perdido Key with waterfront pool/hot tub and oceanfront balcony

The location is perfect! Very easy access to the beach and surrounding. Love that I could hear the beach waves from our bedroom. This place needs some upgrades like better shower heads. After a full day at the beach a great shower makes a great difference. The shower sucks. Also we had problems with a wrong code to check in. We had to wait about 30 minutes for online help. The internet code was also wrong.

The condo was perfect! It was large enough for my family of 4 and my parents for Christmas week and the location, right on the beach, was amazing! Will definitely be back!!

Beautiful condo, huge balcony

Great location! Very spacious for everyone. We had a great time and will be back.

We stayed here 2 years ago and loved it. Perfect for our girls getaway so we decided to stay again. We were so dissatisfied after we arrived to find that the pool bathrooms were closed and then they closed the pool completely after day 3 for the rest of our 8 day stay. This also included the ice machine. We also had to endure the daily sound of jack hammers! One of the tv’s in the master bedroom did not work and even though we reported it nothing was ever done. The main tv would buffer a lot making it hard to watch a movie. We talked to others staying and they had been notified in advance which could have given them the opportunity to cancel but we were not. We booked this months in advance. The main idea of our girls trip is to relax in the pool and spend time together. So this was a big disappointment to us. The condo was as described but trip was ruined.

Pros: Spacious and clean, well maintained, great location, easy access to the beachCons: Bedroom by the front door gets very warm and the ceiling fan did not work, needed more seating options on the balcony, it’s huge which was great but only had one small table and four chairs, and a broom and dustpan would have been handy to have in the condo. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons for us and we hope to come back and stay again!

Spacious and perfect for vacation with grandkids

This is my review. Especially since I read all this information on prior reviews and was messaged with assurances these same issues had been corrected. BIGGEST ISSUE: door code did not work when we arrived. Took 3 phone calls and 30 minutes to get a correct code. The 3rd code sent worked. 1. We asked for a coffee pot replacement because the one in our unit has a short and malfunctioned. We were told one would be brought. It was not. We purchased our own. 2. You have a leak under the sink. We put a pan under it to catch the water and keep it from getting in the floor. 3. Cleaning issues - significant concerns with ceiling and floor fans. This blows allergens everywhere. We cleaned ourselves because my 86 year old mother and kids with allergies are with us. Vents are extremely dirty. We purchases a swiffer extender to clean these ourselves. The cabinets were coated with grease. We cleaned these ourselves.4. Shower head in queen bedroom shower is loose and sprays water out of both sides. 5. Front bedroom with twin beds gets very hot. Uninhabitable in the evenings. 6. Several Lights were blown and we had to replace ourselves. 7. For your rate, I do not expect the Ritz Carlton. But the balcony and pool areas need significant upgrades. 8. For a 4 bedroom condo, 2 parking passes is not sufficient. We parked one vehicle in the overflow parking, but had significant anxiety about doing so because of threats not to park a third there. The condo was very nice and just the right size or us with our grown married children so that they each had their own bedroom and bath. It was a nice time together even though we could not get in the water for two days due to the hurricane. One of the lounge chairs was a bit crooked, the code didn't work when we got there, but someone worked with us to change it so we could get in the room. All in all a great experience..
