    Great stay at a large one bedroom condo residence. Probably stay again if the price is right on a return visit.

    This is a 1-bedroom apartment with full bathroom, kitchen and large living room. Two can sleep in the bedroom and two - on the sofa in the living room. There is a fireplace in the living room, and a little balcony with a small grill. The overall impression is that it needs repairing ASAP. Carpets are heavily stained and are overdue for replacement. Kitchenette is nice; there is stove, sink, dishwasher, drip coffeemaker, toaster, and refrigerator. Plates, cups, glasses are available. Frying pans are all covered in what looks like 100-year old soot. There is something that looks like mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There is obvious water damage and a large hole (!) in the ceiling in the bedroom. The bedroom bedding looked new. Towels in the bathroom looked new and were of good quality. There is a single lock on the door, which looked weak; there was no additional security guard or bolt. There are probably 20 apartments in the building, but there were no one else there, so we did not hear anyone else. There is an outdoor pool and two Jacuzzi on the property, looked clean. The tennis courts are unusable, with cracked surface and fallen chain fence. The location of the property is great, 5 min to Mammoth Village, 15 min to lakes, 40 min to Reds Meadows, 1-hr to Yosemite.

    This condo provided us with everything we needed! Nice pool, close to downtown, and very clean! Would definitely stay here again, very reasonable rate as well!

    The location was good, not to close to being in the middle of town! It was nice and quiet. We cooked most meals in, and the kitchen was adequately stocked for what we needed. I'd come back to this place again.

    Wood-burning fireplace! Yay! It is a great place; no complaints. The bathroom could/should be updated soon. Kitchen was well equipped Lot's of extra pillows and blankets Overall, awesome place

    The location is great when Eagle Logde is open, walk to the lifts. Quite area easy to get too. The interior was perfect for small family. Linens were clean and the kitchen was well equipped and also clean. There were a couple of things that needed tending to on the ceiling in the bedroom and bathroom. I have a few pictures I could share if you would like.

    The apartment is an average place to stay. It certainly needs some attention with cleanliness and some more fixing in the bedroom.

    Sofa bed frame held together with duct tape — dangerous & uncomfortable…..should be replaced. Regulator on the gas grill leaks/is faulty. Smelled propane while in use. Grill setting not adjustable regardless of hi/low setting. The grill was either off or in “burn mode” (extremely hot). Need lids in the pantry for pots & pans. One small pot lid was all I could find. I brought a large fry pan from home to fry bacon (with a lid) so as not to splatter grease everywhere.

    I loved the location. Close to everything. Decorated nice. Just have a few suggestions. You’d do well to replace a very load fridge…the master bedroom mattress was not real comfortable…the carpet was terribly stained…and perhaps the shower/bathroom could be updated. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for my wife and I and our little pooch Bailey.

    Management company was great about texting when unit was clean and ready to check in (early) and about seeing how things were going.
