Inviting condo with fireplace, patio, & hot tub - walk to River Run lifts

The living room fireplace, which is why we booked the propery, did not work. Two lights were broken and the blinds inoperable in bedroom. This property is in need of repair—under cabinet lights in kitchen did not work. Requested maintenance went unanswered—this property was not worth the top dollar we paid. This was a most disappointing stay and such a negative on our time in Sun Valley.

The property was exactly as listed. Very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of River Run and the Gondola. Well stocked with everything one would need to prepare meals; extra sheets and blankets and many cleaning supplies. Checking in was very much a n issue. The e lock code did not open the door. After calling management the woman I spoke with gave a new code which also was not functioning. The provided code for the backup lock box also failed. She provided a new code which also failed. She said she would send someone to assist. After nearly an hour I called back and spoke with the same person who was not helpful. I then tried a chat conversation which usually are to no avail. Surprisingly shortly after initiating that conversation I received a voice call form a person who was quite helpful. He confirmed the codes provided were incorrect. He provided a code for the back up lock box which worked. He suggested using that key for the remainder of our stay which we did. Other than the lengthy time it took to gain access to the property all else was very nice.

It was so nice to be able to walk to go skiing. I also enjoyed the 15 minute walk to restaurants. The condo was clean, bed was comfy. The front door keypad was annoying (long, not a code I could memorize, and small sensitive buttons).

Super clean and well appointed. Mapping was inaccurate so couldn't find right away.

The GoodVacasa is communicative and responsive The condo is cozy, decent but cluttered with decor.The bedding was greatHaving 2 full bathrooms was lovely for uskitchen is well stocked to cookThe Badcode lock at to enter has 10 numbers to enter in a tight space with cold hands it’s difficult and takes a few frustrating times. Why 10 numbers that you can never remember, have to get your phone out etc.Note that washer/dryer are in a condo share hut and both dryers were broken after doing a load, I discovered this. Wet ski layers everywhere!Also Vacasa doesn’t manage anything not i unit, which makes sense, so they can’t help.All in all it was a good place to stay.

Came here with my mom to celebrate her birthday for the weekend and we enjoyed our stay so much! The place was so cute and cozy and it had everything we needed! It was super close to town and we really enjoyed coming back after a long day and relaxing especially by the awesome fireplace which was one of our favorite features! Loved the beds, they were very comfortable, and even though it was a little cold the hot tub was so nice and just right out our front door! The only issue we had was finding the place. The first set of directions given took us to the wrong building and though it wasn't far from the actual location, it was a little difficult especially in the dark. However, i was able to connect with someone right away and they stayed on the phone and text with me the whole time. Probably the best customer service i've ever had with vrbo! I would definitely go back!
