Inviting Beachfront Condo w/Shared Pool & Hot Tub, Amazing Views, AC, Free WiFi

The property is nice and the location is quiet. Vacasa responded quickly when we had issues getting into our condo.

The condo was in a good location, great access to the beach, beautiful views, clean and comfortable. Had issues with the door key pad but contacted Vacasa and they promptly helped us solve the issue.

The place was nice with a perfect view. The pool was fabulous. The property and condo were very clean. Will stay here again. Only one issue while there. We were upset upon arrival that the property gate guard told us no boat was allowed on the property. On VRBO, the listing did not say this.I called Vacasa and they said on Vacasa’s site it said no boats, rv’s, jet skis, etc. but not on VRBO. Waterman marina was able to accommodate our boat at a fee. Stayed at Seascape 3 years ago and we were able to keep the boat attached to our truck. So I was surprised and it wasn’t on VRBO site.

Location loved this certain unit I will definitely be back

The condo was clean and loved being on the beach. The pool, swings by the pool and access to beach was amazing. WiFi worked great, had to do load of laundry once to clean all the towels but the laundry room was close. We had just a couple of suggestions to make it better, like fan in master was noisy, dishwasher wasn’t working but they sent maintenance to fix it after we left. Overall, perfect for what we needed!

We loved the view, accessibility to the beach, the private beach experience, the pool was very nice and had a kitty area for the babies. The condo was great.. we had 4 adults and 2 small kids with plenty of room.

The property was dated, however nicely maintained. The location and views were ideal.

Overall pretty good stay-we have stayed at the seascape 4 other times and this time we had the best view but the stay wasn't great. Mainly the elevator kept breaking on us even though it got fixed quickly the people that were staying with us were older overweight and had bad medical issues that weren't helped by hiking up 3 flights of stairs. It showed tvs in both bedrooms and it wasn't in the guest room at our stay also there was lacking a few comforts like extra pillows and the beds were hard. But not the worst stay but not the best either.

We arrived at 4 PM walked in the room and it had not been cleaned at all. Beds were stripped toilets were nasty. The place stunk it was terrible. I called and we had to wait about an hour and a half but it was cleaned up. When we went back in the room, it was very clean smelled great and the rest of our stay was fantastic. Love the pool area, especially the adult only hot tub. The views from the balcony were stunning. We will definitely be back.

We loved the condo! We loved that it was right on the beach! It had a nice pool and 2 hot tubs. The condo was very clean and we would definitely go back.

Perfect place to stay. Very quiet area. Still in town but not right in the middle of it. Will be staying here again.

It was very cold while we were there so we enjoyed the view from our living room of the beach. We were able to sit inside and watch the sunrise, the waves, the birds, and the brave people walking on the cold beach. We also enjoyed the board walk taking us easily onto the sand and the swings to sit in while we kicked of the sand before returning to the lovely condo we rented full of very homey touches and comfort.

Beachfront was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. The complex in general is excellent.

This is a great little condo, right on the beach. There were a lot of stains on the furniture, rugs, etc but it wouldn’t keep us from staying here again. It was very quiet and peaceful. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for quick access to anything you’d want.

This is my 2nd time staying in this condo and it’s amazing!!! The room has a breath taking view, lots of natural light, ac works great, they even updated the floors and there is a brand new stove and microwave!! The fridge is plenty big and the elevator is so handy, I love how the beach and pool are easy access, and secure. Will be coming back for sure

Balcony view is awesome !

We loved how we had ocean view right from the patio. When we first got there ove box wasn’t working. Called to let them know, and they said they made a ticket and some would come out to see about. Unfortunately no one showed up we had all our cold stuff in there. We lost a few things but had to get an ice chest and put stuff in there while we stayed. We left on the fourth day and still no one went over to check it out.

Beautiful ocean front property with easy access to both beach and pools. We loved staying here and will look into property for next year!

Amazing

We took a family beach trip and really enjpyed pur stay. We enjoyed being right on the beach with easy access to the beach verses walking across the street. Enjoyed the pool as well. Condo was perfect for the amount of people we had, 4 adults & two small kids. Security guards were very nice. Great trip and will be returning for sure.

Family friendly, great views and well managed facilities.

We loved that it’s set away from the strand and busy tourist feel!!! Calm and relaxing but close enough to get GREAT seafood

This place has the best view out of all the ones we have stayed at there. It had plenty of amenities, places to hang towels etc. we would stay there again.

The property is directly on the beach. No walk across traffic makes it perfect for families to come and go to the pool/hot tub & beach. This 3rd floor condo is right on the beach with completely unobstructed ocean views from every window and the balcony. Well stocked kitchen. Two bathrooms made it easier for a family of 5. Kids loved the bunk beds. Will return to 1310 again!!!

What a beautiful place! Well kept, clean, with direct view of the ocean from the balcony. So awesome!
