People in our room when we were going to check in(5 people including kids) so we had to check in late. There’s no hot water, mold in bathtub jets. Doors that hardly lock, smoke detectors not safely checked, then when we tried to talk to the hosts they wouldn’t help,we called for days and couldn’t get ahold of them for 3 days, didn’t give us passcode to pool. Hot tub and pool was broken etc.

We had a great stay! Beds were comfy, beautiful view! Great walking distance to places near by. Kid friendly/family friendly. We plan to stay again every year! Highly recommended

Came for a spring break getaway. Great location and great views. The WiFi was not the best. Hot tub was great, pool was cool but my kids still swam in it and in the ocean.

This is a great condo in a wonderful location. They had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation.

Only issue we had was a blown light bulb in master toilet that we could not get repaired during our stay. It’s dark in there at night!!

Absolutely gorgeous views from the condo! It's right next door to Navarre Beach Pier. The lifeguard is right in front of the condo, so we always felt safe. There are several places to eat within walking distance of the condo. Pensacola is a 30 minute drive through beautiful untouched beaches and sand dunes. The condo had plenty of room for my family. I took my 3 granddaughters all under the age of 5 and it was perfect for them as well. The property kept in touch during our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is very comfortable and roomy. The view is amazing. We are already talking about wanting to go back. The balcony is a great place to sit anytime of the day to watch the dolphins play and drink your coffee or have a glass of wine in the evening.

Check in and out was simple. Clean modern condo. Excellent experience! Great view of pier and beaches.

Just a fantastic stay. The communication enabled a smooth check in as well as check out process. Rooms were clean, linens were fresh, towels were plentiful. The views from the balcony were amazing. Friendly staff.

It was the best

It was the first time we have been able to Vacation with all our kids since 3 years ago. I had just gotten out of the hospital after two months and my husband had just had cancer surgery right before the last one. This made it all the sweeter to be together! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Clean, great views, restaurants close, clean pool

The unit was nice and clean. It could use a refresh on furniture but it was fine for us. The view was fantastic.

First time to Navarre Beach and it was everything we'd hoped for. The condo was in a perfect location and exactly as pictured. Needed to call guest services once and she was incredibly helpful with my question! Will definitely be back!!!

It was a very nice place to stay. Loved the beach view from the balcony! Short walk to several restaurants.

Beautiful views sitting on the balcony each morning of the white sand beaches and emerald green water. Location is amazing, beach is amazing, pool was fantastic and the hot tub was really hot! The one thing is there is no shade by the pool, unless you bring your own umbrella. Response from the host was quick. Will be back!

This specific condo was hard to locate - company could’ve given location details to help us find the correct building since there are 3 buildings side by side. Had to call multiple times due to the line constantly getting disconnected.The checkin was momentarily bumpy but I have to say that the rest of the trip was absolutely phenomenal.the condo was way bigger than I anticipated and very clean. It smelled amazing! We will be coming back very soon for more visits! They are serious about those wrist bands which is great bc we felt safe during our stay.Highly highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at your condo! As soon as we got there it smelled so clean and everything is in wonderful condition. Great view of the ocean and great building. So convenient to the pier and dining. It was so nice not having to lug beach chairs down as well! If I had to critique anything it would be the living room furniture-it was uncomfortable and could use updating but who goes down to the beach to sit in the living room! We will be back!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was amazing. The decor is a bit dated and dresser in the twin bed guest room appeared to be on its last legs. Clean. Great communication.

Although the weather was not favorable while we were here, the property did not disappoint. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our family mini-vacation. Would highly recommend.

The view of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the sunrise and sunset are fantastic with a private beach and easy access to Navarre Pier as well as several local restaurants. All good there. The apartment itself is spacious and was clean when we got there as well, but there are a host of problems with this unit in terms of maintenance as well as the cleanliness and quality of the furnishings. The worst offender was the master bed which has a foam topper on it, presumably to supplement a sub-standard mattress underneath, but which creates a well into which you sink and can hardly move. My wife's back hurt so much after the first night the master bedroom and its view had to be abandoned for one of the other bedrooms at the front of the unit. At least the bed was clean which could hardly be a way to describe the couches which both had some very dubious-looking stains on them. Items ready to fall off walls (if they were not already missing), leaks, won't open/close, missing trim....I could go on at length about the other issues we found, but suffice it to say that despite the amazing view and location we will be avoiding this and any other unit managed by ScenicStays when the occasion arises once more.

Amazing views and close proximity to pier and beach. Overall great condo! Highs were the ocean views on the balcony. Lows unfortunately were the dated, uncomfortable and worn out master bedroom mattress. Replace & upgrade it to match the caliber of the rest of the unit and we will be back!

Great location and we enjoyed our stay. Place was clean. Place is a bit dated and could use an upgrade to more modern decor, better TVs, and most importantly replacement of the master bed mattress. It has a memory foam topper but the underlying mattress is worn out. Again, nice place and location, just needs some refreshing and upgrade to mattress and furniture. Also, We were unable to access the property gym while there as no key was in the unit for the gym.

Had a wonderful stay. Had a few minor problems w internet and parking passes but the management company responded right away to both Via text which was so easy and we got everything we needed. The condo was large and had plenty of room. The balcony was wonderful.

Condo was very nice, clean, and very roomy. We liked that it was directly on the beach and convenient to local businesses. One issue the front bedroom could hear all the outside commotion like doors slamming, kids running, adults yelling. Other than that everything was glazing and we had a great time.

Enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for everyone. Wrap around balcony was very nice. Overall nice experience.
