Inn at Dauphin Island 406 Efficient 1BR Sleeps 6! Incredible Views!!

It’s a clean and friendly environment. Great location close to local food and ocean front with an amazing view.

My wife and I have stayed in 406 three times through the years. Our first trip was 15 years ago and unfortunately; I think that was the last update the unit has had. The floor was sandy; the kitchen is not equipped well anymore. The glass table on the balcony that we love, needs to be replaced. My mother taught us not to rest our elbows on the table but if you do that on the balcony, you will get flakes of black paint on your arms. And the toilets don't flush properly. However, the view from the 4th floor is wonderful! The Inn is a bargain for a beach trip, the staff at the Inn are friendly and efficient. Despite the issues, we will be back to the Inn in July, but we will be in a different unit, and we will have pleasant memories of #406 unit.

Unit was clean. Shower had good water pressure. Size of unit adequate for a couple. Only downside was needed a lounger on deck. Table with high chairs weren’t bad but for just relaxing on deck needed something a little more comfortable. Overall a very good experience.

This location is excellent, and we enjoyed the private beach access. The condo was perfect for two people and we really enjoyed the full kitchen. Our only suggestion to the owner is that it needs an update. The black sealant tape in the tub and partially broken box spring mattress (it was near our feet so it took us a bit to notice) need attention, as well as some updated towels. But none of that impacted our enjoyment; this is a good property overall and a great value. The top floor was ideal and we loved the balcony.

This condo is great for a couples getaway or a family. Everything is exactly as advertised Dauphin Island is the best!

Great family friendly location. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. We truly had the best time and cannot wait to go back!

Great time!

We loved our week on Dauphin Island. Our condo gave us a beautiful view of the Gulf. The condo was quiet and extremely comfortable. 2 great pools and the beaches of the gulf out the back door and bay just across the road. We had almost all we needed and there is a great grocery store to get what we didn't have.

But someone came out and welcomed me in. Great location, view of the gulf, good restaurants within a short walk, good kitchen, washer & dryer.

Well maintained. VRBO as pictured. We had a 4th floor balcony view of the Gulf. How picturesque and we were able to view awesome sunsets.
