Reviewer Comments: From the booking with Bob and the welcome with Terri at the neighboring front desk, to our key drop off as we left, everyone was welcoming and attentive. The condo was amazingly clean, the kitchen amenities were accommodating, and the couch and beds were comfortable. (The little twin bed was the only exception.) The complex was quiet, even though it was packed! And house keeping and maintenance were always helpful and responsive. (Thank you: Brad, Nancy, Callie, and Julie!) We had some electrical issues that took a couple tries to resolve, but Brad in maintenance stayed on it and cheerfully! The electrician that got called in (Adam with Pruitt Electrical) was fantastic and tenacious in searching out the root of the issue. Even the landscapers (Heritage Landscaping) were communicative and friendly as were the complex residents and other vacationers. Beach access was literally across the street, no driving,so very convenient. The outdoor shower was useful, but, honestly, the handles are on their last leg. A great place to stay overall!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third year in a row booking through Garden City Realty and our second year in a row at Inlet Pointe. The condos are in a perfect location with the inlet in the back and the ocean across the street. Last year we stayed in a different unit within the condos, and it was much nicer. Unit 30 was clean and neat, but is in major need of updates. While everything was in working order, the stove was quite old and the microwave had to be at least 30 years old. The living room furniture was very old and extremely uncomfortable. Compared to the unit we were in last year, we don’t feel they should have been priced the same considering the differences. Overall, we would absolutely continue to work with Garden City Realty and would return to Inlet Pointe, but would look for a different unit in the future.

A little disappointed that the floater at Inlet Pointe was not available but my family and guests tht came had the best time! I have been coming to Garden City and Inlet Pointe for 20+ years and will continue to come back.

The beds were way too soft for our comfort. Since we are accustomed to firmer mattresses our sleep was not the best. We will not stay there again unless the mattresses are replaced. Otherwise, no other complaints but lots of compliments.
