Stayed Mar 25, 2023Fantastic condo with amazing views! The interior of the condo was spotless, with a large kitchen and everything you might need for your stay. Amenities of the building were great as well with a large pool, hot tub, and easy beach access.

Stayed May 15, 2021A few obstacles due To the hurricane last fall but overall property was in good shape Property was as described and had lots of pots, pans, utensils and etc. Will beat toys in the closet

Stayed Jul 11, 2020This was our first year at perdido key and our first time at indigo. The building and pool and beach access were all gorgeous. That pool alone was definitely worth it. It was disappointing that they took up so much of the beach with their rental chairs. Being a large family we knew that we didn’t want to rent that many chairs so we brought our own tents and our own chairs like we usually do when we take beach trips but there was hardly any room to put them up. The unit itself was nice and accommodated our large family. The beds were not super comfortable and the cleanliness of the floor was a little suspect, particularly the rug under the dining room table that had not been vacuumed. Otherwise, the kitchen was fully equipped and there were plenty of towels which I appreciated since in the past we have had a bad experience with not having enough towels for everyone. Overall it was a great stay! I wish I could give it 4.5 stars.

Stayed Jul 13, 2019The property is amazing and the unit was wonderful. Lots of space, clean and nicely furnished. The major problem with the property is that they only allow 2 cars to park for a 4 bedroom unit. We had 3 cars and the only options the property manager could offer was that you can pay to park a car about 20 minutes away. If you park a car on the regular lot or the overflow lot across the street we will tow you! I understand that there may be times when it is crowded and parking is an issue, but there were 20 to 50 empty spaces in the lots every morning. It was very disappointing to have to start our family trip with trying to find parking instead of enjoying the beautiful beaches.

Stayed May 12, 2018Property needs maintenance in heated pool area and had a faulty water supply issue for fire sprinklers . We were evacuated from ninth floor using stairwell. Overall cleanliness of unit was poor. Unit was not worth the rental fee in my opinion . Needs updating decor and furniture. Beach was beautiful as always and enjoyed the peaceful location.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Once again Luxury Coastal Vacations delivered with a great unit at the Indigo. It was our first time in the East tower and the family loved everything about the unit. We had a minor issue with the couch when we arrived and they sent over someone to repair it in a timely manner. A beautiful resort and Luxury Coastal offered excellent service!! Thanks!
