This was a good experience-great location in a basic old school apartment. Not fancy-but right on the beach with a pool and a good value. Not having access to laundry facilities, poor WiFi reception and lack of adequate towels were a few small challenges.

Great stay. Condo was cute and clean. Property was neat and steps from the beach. View was VERY limited. But would definitely stay again.

The reason you come here is the view of the ocean and the pool and the hot tub. Our hosted everything in their power to make our stay enjoyable.

Being on the beach was nice. Having a pool was a plus. Walk to restaurants on the main drag. Location was prefect.

The condo was such a convenient walk to access the pool and the white sand beaches. The Cafe Paris and Keegan’s grill were just a quick jaunt down the main road. We really enjoyed how everything was provided for us like beach chairs, cooler, pool noodle and boogie boards. We would highly recommend this place.

Condo was nice and clean. No direct view of ocean, but short walk. Pool area was nice.

First VRBO we have ever stayed in where cleanliness was a problem. Oven was very dirty, cabinets not straight or cleaned, bathrooms had to be cleaned before use, mold in showers. Beware of steps to unit..

Room was just as described. Pool and hot tub area was nice. Beach only foot steps away. Obstructed ocean view which we expected. Balcony opens up to the parking lot, again what we expected. We would rent this place again!

Great experience! The condo was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The bedding and pillows were good quality and comfortable.I would stay here again.

Great location. Not far from manatee viewing center we visited. Didnt have beach towels and no laundry available. Besides that everything was great.

We had a big piece of machinery in our parking spot that blocked our view. The condo need an updated. The air for air conditioner was filthy. was not aware that the laundry service was not available until the week of arrival. Had to do on the checkout list, i.e. bed linens, towels and put in a basket.

Was 5 of us. No issues with room in place. Julie responded to any questions I had fast. Would stay again.

Location was perfect and rental was nice. Easy access to the pool and beach was great.

Check in was easy. Pictures are accurate in the listing. The problem is with the cleanliness. In the previous reviews the owner stated that the mold on the ceiling and the rusty/run down front door would be fixed (Aug 28, 2024) they were not updated or cleaned up. The filters on the ceilings were all filthy and the dust ruffles on the beds were very dirty. When checking out you have to strip the sheets but not the bedspread or the shams on the beds so clearly they are not getting cleaned, that is not sanitary. Be careful of the stairs to get up to the condo, they are not up to code. The wood is not pressure treated so be careful of slivers. They are not safe. Lastly no food is suppose to be left in fridge but when we arrived the fridge had old condiments sitting in there. Again, very unsanitary. We were disappointed but it did not ruin our fun.

We were looking for a new place to stay after the hurricanes devastated our other place. This suited our needs just fine. The beach in this area is busier than what we are used to or prefer but it was ok.
