Incredible Water View Only 1 mile from Disney

Great plave to stay, roomy, clean, nice views from patio onto the lake. Great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Would stay here again

This was perfect for just a weekend getaway, didn’t go anywhere but D&D, dollar store Italian food just steps away from property….exactly what we needed.

Place was nice and we liked it a lot. Great view. A number of the light switches looked screwed up. They worked but they looked broken which was a bit of a concern. The gate at night was confusing - it was not explained clearly enough how to get back in when the gate was closed and we were not the only ones who felt this way. It was cool there was a Tiki Bar at the pool and feel that should be mentioned in the advertising as I think that is a selling point. Cool there was a mini arcade too.

I can’t say enough great things about this condo. Check in was quick and easy. Upon entry the place smelled so clean and looked clean and comfortable as well. We feel so at home here. Beautifully decorated, beautiful views, and super comfortable. I just wish we had booked to stay more than one night! Will definitely be renting this unit again! Oh and a sweet surprise…when we took the elevators back up from our night swim we could see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the elevator balcony!! So cool!!

Perfect location and great view which is not something I typically expect on a Disney vacation.

The place was in a ok location definitely not within walking distance of Disney springs. It may have been at one point but not now. It’s a 5-10 min drive. The place was not cleaned very well at all. Floors were really dirty and the place had a musty smell to it

My 16-year old son and I stayed at this property over the weekend. The apartment is clean, the view is incredible and it has all the basics we need. I was not sure about how it can have 6 people at first, however, the floor plan really works out. The location is very convenient. We were in Disney Springs one night and went to Discovery Cove the next day. Both are about 10 minutes away. There's a Publix nearby and plenty restaurants. Plus for us is washer/dryer in the apartment and have 2 bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Good location. Overall a nice place to stay. Minor issues like some outlets not working, but it wasn’t a big deal. Lack of guest controlled lock from inside was a big disappointment to us. Regardless of perimeter security, guest still need to have their own lock from inside.

We were very happy with the property, we would definitely stay again. Clean, comfortable, great view and lots of restaurants and attractions near by.The management group was also very responsive.I'm glad I chose this condo, no regrest!

This is our 2nd time staying here. We like it for sure but it could be better and thus my title and desire to share. Love view, size of balcony, location, nice kitchen setup, good bed and pillows. All of those are great but some things we Don't Love no table of any kind on the balcony is definitely annoying and just sort of odd to us, couch is not very nice and needs to be bigger (L shaped would be best), glass vase on glass table feels like broken glass waiting to happen and its so tall it can obstruct the view of the tv from the couch (imo get a flatter decoration that is not glass), the lack of garbage disposal is sort of annoying (my gf remembers there being one before), the bathroom amenities were very skimpy and finally the front desk did not remind us that there was a numeric keypad so we sort of struggled for a while (bad signal to get on app) to figure out how to get in. I am still giving 4 stars but hope this message will hope the owner make some simple but relevant improvements.

Listing was accurate and the location could only be better if you were actually on Disney property. View from the balcony is amazing!

Location, pool, building, are all great. But the pictures had more than what was really there. There was no area rug, There was a lack of comfortable seating, there was only the couch, as the yellow chairs pictured were not there. but the worst was there were only two chairs on the balcony. No tall table and chairs or any table on the balcony, so you had o set your drinks on the floor. balcony

This property was clean, and had everything we needed. It has a great view, easy access to the pool, gym, gift shop fast food and stores. Overall we would definitely recommend.

We had the best time in the most amazing condo. The place was perfect. The views were amazing and it had evwrything we needed. We will diffently be staying there again.
