Incredible Ocean Views on Seven Miles of Beach

Open concept condo on the seventh floor with elevator. Spectacular views, spacious oceanfront deck and side deck,off from dining room, and bedrooms. Plenty of closets and storage space. Well stocked kitchen. very clean and comfortable. Our biggest disappointment was the pool closure. Host was great!

We truly enjoyed our two month stay. The condo was fully equipped and immediately felt like home. Mark was great to deal with and was very helpful in recommending local restaurants, stores, etc. The view was wonderful and the beach was perfect. We'll be back!

Just completed our terrific vacation at this beachfront property. The views are amazing, the indoor pool is great on rainy days, and the location is perfect for relaxation. The condo is lovely: the new sofas, oven and Television are great and the washer and dryer are much appreciated. The owners are accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this wonderful OOB rental.

This is a great place to stay at the beach in the winter. Beautiful views and some peace and quiet. The owners are excellent and always available to help if need be

My family will treasure the amazing memories we made at this beautiful apartment for a long time. Everything about our stay was perfect. We never wanted to leave and already want to plan our return. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with and the place was super clean with all the comforts of home.

I'm reluctant to say just how fabulous this place is once the summer crowds clear out, because I want to be able to keep coming back every fall and don't want too much competition! After 6 weeks in this immaculate, peaceful, comfortable condo with drop dead views and direct beach access, I had such a hard time leaving that I've decided to go back next month for 6 more weeks. The owners, Mark and Tanya, are immediately responsive and easy to work with.

We loved staying for a month at this wonderful beachfront condo in the greater Pine Point area. (It's pretty much on the Scarborough/Old Orchard Beach town line) The location directly on the ocean, with its far-reaching views both towards the North and South ends of the beach is spectacular. It's a good distance away from lively Old Orchard, but one can walk there easily. The condo has two balconies that get sun at different times of the day. Also, because of all the large windows, no matter where you sit inside, you'll see the ocean or the marsh and the sunset on the west side of the building. The apartment itself is comfortable, tastefully furnished, spacious, light and well-equipped. It was meticulously clean. We loved hanging out here. This rental is on an upper floor in a large building,. (Hence the great view) The other residents seem to mostly be owners who were all friendly and quiet and seem to also appreciate and respect everyone's privacy and tranquility. There are plenty of restaurants and seafood shacks nearby to eat at and there is a wonderful market in nearby Scarborough. The owners of this condo have been responsive and really nice. My husband and I highly recommend this rental.
