    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bed and bedroom layout was perfect for my husband, four adult children, and me. The sofabed alternative in the living room was appreciated. Good-sized kitchen stocked appropriately for our length of stay. A map of the facility and the town would have been helpful. Unit is a bit dated considering the high rental rate.

    Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros - Location was great. Ski In with a short walk across the street to the property. Bus stop across the street to take you to nearest lift. Close to town, walked to dining. Hot tubs on property were small, but worked well.Cons - location is very dated. Fireplace did not work, someone came to look initially, said they needed a professional to look at it, never heard another word. The fireplace is supposed to be the main source of heat, fortunately there were space heaters in the unit to warm it we found after a cold first night. Couldn't find the remote for the living room tv, called Management Company, they did nothing. Basically said the issue was on the owner. A day later we found it wedged down into one of the chairs. Could never get the remote/tv in one bedroom to work. Hot water was an issue as well. Also, 3rd floor unit, no elevator in the building.Overall - our group has been to Breck several times, this was the most disappointing of our lodging arrangements. The price was ok, but will look elsewhere next time.

    Great location walkable to everything in town. I'd recommend having a house book showing where to ski in, letting people know there are 1000 different Christy locations, one being 50 ft from the unit. It's easier to get down using the A building stairs instead of walking back to the B stairs. I would definitely book again but a lower unit.

    The apartment is located perfectly, has all the amenities and is very comfortable. Has 2 cons, is becoming worn out, in doors, carpets, etc., and the fact that you have to climb 3 stories by stairs coming back from skiing.....All the rest is perfect to ensure you a great vacation.

    The condo was in a great location and the rooms were very clean and nice. The shuttle service helps a ton as well. The only thing i wish was different was the check in time. Ours was four o’clock, but i think it would be more convenient if it was around noon instead.

    Great location! Unit needs an update and upgraded finishes. Lighting was low, heating was weird, and TV didn't work in bedroom. Nice views and fairly quiet.

    The location of this property is great in terms of access to town, bus route to the lifts and skiing in on the 4 o'clock run. We didn't feel like the place was as nice as the pictures and hasn't been updated in years and some appliances are barely hanging on. There was actually no working heat. They say to use the fireplace as your heat source, but we had to have the property management come and look at it, and they said it's a 1970's model and are surprised it worked at all. So no skiing in and enjoying a glass of wine by your fireplace. The cooktop was probably purchased at the same time. It took me over an hour to cook bacon on the stove because of the bent pan and inconsistent heating element. Overall, it's just older and no one is spending any money on updating necessities. A trip to Walmart and spending $200 could do this place a word of good. It's probably fine if you come up on a weekend and plan to eat out, but not great for a family if you planned on cooking in a lot.
