Stayed Apr 6, 2026Fantastic little spot at a fantastic price! Plenty of space for our family of 4 and pup, a Roku tv to keep the littles entertained while we were there, a nice sandy area around back with sand toys and a fire pit (that we sadly didn't have a chance to use this time), quick access to basically all of Rockaway, comfy beds, the list goes on. This unit is up a single story staircase, which wasn't a problem for us, but could be for somebody that struggles with stairs. Literally the only thing that could be improved on is that the fit and finish of the trim and doorframes could use a little touching up, but that absolutely will not stop us from staying here again. It's easily our top contender for a place in Rockaway!

Stayed Jul 27, 2025Nice amenities in the kitchen. Check in was painless and quick. The only one thing was the bathtub was not to wide .
