Incredible Beachfront 4 Bedroom Getaway -- deck currently closed due to repair

It was so peaceful to be so close to the beach. We also had 2 nests on the porch and enjoyed watching the parents take care of the babies!

We loved the view and the location to the beach. It was just the right size for our family (5 adults and 3 children). But being on the 3rd floor you do have stairs to go up and down to go to the beach. The ramp is nice but it is still a little bit of a hike. We had a great time and already planning our next trip!

We completely loved our stay. Pat was easy to communicate with. The condo was beautiful and relaxing.

The view to the beach was amazing. Although the large windows could have used a cleaning. The patio is small but a lovely way to wake in the morning and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. It’s an easy walk to the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Would have been nice to have towels designated to dry off the patio chairs. And possibly a couple more folding chairs to add to accommodate more guests on the patio. There was a storm and the electricity went out several times for short periods. Might need extra batteries for lamps and flashlights. Definitely recommend. Only item that was a negative was the 2am loud TV from the guest in the floor below. No problem with our unit. It was a great time.

We loved this place. Our condo was on the third floor, so it was nice that there were carts for our luggage, plus no stairs. All ramps which made it easier to come and go. The condo was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of room.If in the area again, will rent Incredible Beachfront again.

Our family vacation at the beach was everything we had hoped for. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The views of the beach were breath-taking. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The owner was very responsive to my questions and easy to work with.

This was the perfect house for our family of 8 to stay. Plenty of room for everyone. The view was amazing and so was the beach. It was nice being off the beaten path and very relaxing. It was also close enough to Monterey and other toursity sights.

Ive stayed at this property twice and surround properties. Ive never had a problem. Loved our stay!

The condo was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space and even a high chair for my granddaughter. Pat was such a pleasant host always going the extra mile to make our trip more enjoyable. The condo was centrally located between Monterey and Santa Cruz so there was so many activities for our family to do. Looking forward to coming back.

We have returned to this property for many years now. The configuration and location looking directly to the sun and beach are fabulous. Pat provides perfect instructions. We feel right at home.

This is the second time we've stayed in this unit. It's clean and well supplied. Communication with the owner is fast and easy. We plan to return next year.

We were 5 ladies age range from 67 to 74. In order to get your things to this unit, you have to use a property cart and push it up a winding ramp to the 3rd floor. We had one lady that had a foot issue and it was very hard on her to climb up that ramp. It should be in the property description so people know. The view was lovely, but the furniture is old.

Beautiful location. Beds definitely need to be updated. The shelf above the bar area is dangerous for tall people 5'9 or taller, as they can hit their head, if you're not careful. Other than that, how can anyone complain at the beach.

Nine women, first-cousins from 5 states, came to enjoy each other's company. We do this every 3 years, with different states hosting. This was a wonderful place to hang out, do needlework, chat, roar with laughter, and see the sights. Absolutely a wonderful place with gorgeous views of the ocean and a great variety of bird life. We slept well and comfortably. Thanks so much!

Had a wonderful time at this location. The house was clean and roomy. There were 8 of us and we were all very comfortable. The host was so easy to work with. The location is perfect. Would definitely go back.
