Stayed Jun 12, 2026First I want to commend the owners for an incredible job with property photos - the unit is just as pictured. The kitchen is lovely and well stocked, the bathrooms clean and functional, the living and sleeping spaces comfortable. I do have a few quibbles:- This property has A LOT of rules. While many are to be expected (take out trash, be respectful of other guests, etc), there were a few that I would have preferred to know up front. First, the AC cannot be turned below 74 degrees without risk of freezing up. I have visited Florida my entire life and this is the first time I have faced this request. As someone who is very sensitive to temperature I would have liked to know this in advance. Luckily I travel with fans. Additionally, guests were asked to wash and dry beach towels. I found this odd and off putting considering the unit did not have laundry. This could impact if someone brings thier own or not.- The balcony furniture was NOT as pictured. It was older, rusty, and uncomfortable. These are minor things but again, would have been nice to know up front. The owners were very kind and responsive and I would book with them again!

Stayed Mar 19, 2026No access to beach within walking distance. Beach restoration had 20 ft ditch where beach normally is and had to drive to Bethune to ever get on beach. Crew worked through night and very noisy. Once this is done it will be great but not offered to cancel or reschedule. Gave us a credit but was horrible experience.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025We were visiting family that live nearby and were very happy with the condo! It was a great size for our family of four, renovated nicely and all the furniture was comfortable! The kitchen was well-stocked and we enjoyed the ocean view. Our kids enjoyed the pools and easy access to the beach. Christine in the office was so kind and helpful, we would definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 30, 2025We booked this condo for the weekend to celebrate our daughter's high school graduation/18th birthday and it was everything we could have asked for! Suoer clean, relaxing, and right on the beach! Also, alot of close restaurants and shops! We loved our stay and plan on booking again in the near future!

Stayed Mar 30, 2025Overall this was the best place and area for our little spring get away . We will be back again . Our only complaint would be the outside patio furniture is old and one piece broken and rusty . It wonderful sitting out there looking at the ocean so I would hope owner invests in new chairs etc

Stayed Mar 21, 2025We enjoyed the location and overall cleanliness of the condo. It was updated and had all the amenities required for a weekend get away. The only issue are the check-in / check-out times. You cannot check-in until 4:00PM and check out is 10:00AM. Would have been nice to check out at 11:00AM as most hotels offer. I know it is just an hour but 10:00AM can make for a hectic morning. Other than that, it was really great.
