INCREDIBLE BEACH AND BAY VIEWS CORNER UNIT

We always enjoy going to The Island and enjoyed our mini getaway.

Our second stay and just as amazing as the first time. Great views and location. The unit is clean and comfortable.

Great location, great space!

Loved the location of the property, walking distance to restaurants and stores and easy beach access. The beds were comfortable and the condo was perfect size for our family of 3. Definitely recommend!

Great location and view! Nice and quiet as described by many. Hard Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. AC vent in main bedroom does'nt blow air, so room was stuffy and hot. Wouldve been intrusive and timeconsuming fix tapping into our pricacy

Super easy check in. Space was great size and wonderful views. Kitchen was big and we cooked a lot. Rooms were good size and bathroom was too. My kids and I had a great time, would highly recommend. The pool area was great too. Beach access was awesome. You can bring your own pop up tent, or rent chairs and an umbrella. Loved our stay!

I can't express how amazing this condo was. The views are amazing. Everything looked to be recently updated and was extremely comfortable. It was spitless upon check in and worked great for our family of 5. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Greg was incredibly responsive—he answered all my questions right away and made sure everything was taken care of from the moment we arrived.The condo is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare meals—except for a potato peeler! The view is truly breathtaking. You don’t even need to walk to the beach to enjoy it; just step out onto the balcony and take it all in.I had read a review mentioning an uncomfortable mattress in the main bedroom, but Greg must have addressed that because my husband and I slept very comfortably—my kids did too.There were plenty of clean towels, extra blankets, and sheets available in the closet, which was a nice touch.Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

My family and i loved it

Family of 5 (3 teenagers) looking for a beach vacation. This was absolutely perfect and plenty of room for our family! Would stay here again.

The condo was very clean! View was as described--gorgeous! I wish communication would have taken place as texting instead of email but owners were very quick to answer when contacted. Had a great time celebrating our 31st anniversary!

We arrived and found the property just as described. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Found the air conditioner a bit noisy and a broken lock on a patio door. Phoned the owner and within an hour the door was opened and the air conditioning repair was scheduled. We will certainly consider this property again if we return to South Padre

This was our 4th stay in this building and we’ll be returning. Friendly people, walking distance to much of the island. The only issues weren’t things that could be controlled by us or the owner, and when we did have a problem with the heat Greg responded promptly. Probably not quite 5 stars, but more than 4.

This unit has a balcony facing the gulf and a 2nd balcony with a view to the bay. Wonderful place to stay, very clean, and in the middle of everything to do.

This was a great location centrally located for the Island. We are everything we needed and it was a beautiful view. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say anything but great and amazing things about the condo we stayed in. It was very close to restaurants. The food so good, the people at the condo very helpful and literally was a minute away from the beach. The weather wasn’t that great. It was overcast most days however we still had an amazing time. Would highly recommend

Property was nice! The balcony view and location were fantastic! Walking distance to the majority of places we wanted to go. We really enjoyed the stay outside of the minor issues below. I would definitely come back as I really liked the building. Maybe pick a different unit available though. Issues we had: -HVAC was extremely noisy. Sounded like an airplane taking off when it kicked on. -Toilet handle was broken -Toilet seat didn't stay up. -Light switch in master was broken -Fan in master seemed like it would fall at any moment

We spent 4 days in this property.The main problem of the house was the quality of the beds in all rooms. It was painful sleeping. We had back pain in the morning. The location of the house was very good. Beach access and walking distance to cafe and restaurants were very nice.

We had an awesome time everything was clean and very nice will book again when we come back!

My family and I had a great time! Beachfront view, property pool, access beach steps away from property, condo is clean and furnished nicely!

I thought the beach would be more relaxing but I am tired from all the fun! From beach, pool, walking the strip, delicious foodz all bookended with coffee in the morning and a drink at night listening to the sound of the waves it was a perfect trip. Fun was had by everyone and I can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful updated condo. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels.

We loved the location on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. We spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The queen bed was a comfortable memory foam mattress and the kitchen had everything we needed.
