INCREDIBLE 9TH FLOOR PENTHOUSE VIEWS 30 STEPS TO BEACH

This condo is in a great location on the island and has wonderful views. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The views are absolutely spectacular! We love this place. Greg is an excellent host. Any questions we have had are answered in a very timely manner. We are already planning our next vacation to stay right here! The only thing that would help my husband would be some handicap bars in the shower!

Great view and comfortable condo. Had everything we needed for our stay. Oven and stove took a bit to heat up but we were on vaca so not in a hurry.

Beautiful view. This is my first time traveling to South Padre Island and I came from out of state. This unit is great if you’re driving in as it doesn’t have any extra amenities like shampoo/conditioner and beach toys/cooler/wagon and getting to the grocery store is difficult without a car. Next time I’ll be more intentional on what I pick for a longer stay since I’ll be flying in. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful unit in a great location. If you bring everything you need (food, toys, toiletries) then you’ll be good to go.

We had the best time staying here. Greg, the property owner was super easy to communicate with. The description of the place was very accurate. The pool and hot tub were so nice and relaxing with access to the beach as well. We would stay here again and again.

Had a great time! Easy clear instructions, clean, loved the location.

Everything was wonderful. The dishwasher was a little annoying, it beeped for awhile. We ending up just unplugging it and washed the dishes by hand. All in all we had a great time and enjoyed the beach every day.

Great spot for family it 3 or more people… seemed more family’s stay here and unfortunately could here then upstairs more often than not. Great ocean view, nice walk to the beach and right in the middle of all the options!

Great Location, Some updates (TV’s in the bedroom, beach towels, more than 1 roll of toilet paper and paper for guests, etc…) could make for a better experience.

We enjoyed our stay at SPI. The condo was very nice. It had a beautiful view, it was clean and has great amenities. We were able to walk to almost everywhere we went. Great vacation! Thank you for sharing your condo!

Excellent location in the middle of the island with a fantastic view. Nice pool area and grounds, friendly front desk staff and residents/renters.

The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs.The beds are comfortable, bathroom and balcony are excellent. Location is incredible.We had a wonderful, relaxing stay!

This property has everything needed for a few days stay... views are AMAZING!!!! If I had to say anything that it needs is a Smart TV... The Direct Tv signal is off and on... no ESPN on the lineup. Upgrade maybe needed??

The location of the property is excellent, the building had a bad smell in hallway 9 where we stayed, and the truth is that the property needs more love, everything needs to be renovated a bit, the beds are not comfortable and you can see that it has old things, there was almost no water, you couldn't use 2 things at the same time because you would run out of water.

Great place for small family. Great beach view and close location to all entertainments. Well furnished with all necessary items. Clean and very easy check in.

The condo was great for a group of 5 The view was wonderful and it was a short walk to the beach. We had a great 1st trip to south padre.

The unit was clean and very comfortable. We had an awesome view of the ocean and just steps away from the ocean. Loved it!!

By far the best VRBO rental! The condo is updated, clean and very well stocked with all the kitchen gadgets & dishwares needed for a fantastic beach vacation. While we brought spices, EVOO, sponge, dish soap, paper towels (as stated to do in rental contract) previous guests had left some items so we paid it forward and left ours. Was a nice surprise and we tried new spices! The condo was so comfortable we hated to leave! The building itself is in good shape and the grounds well maintained. The staff was friendly and we never had issues using the pool or waiting for the elevator. Having private beach access is the best, so nice to not lug everything to the beach when you can return to your condo to get a break from the sun. The view of the ocean from the living room never got old! It was way too windy & humid to enjoy coffee or wine on the balcony but wasn’t necessary when you can enjoy it from the couch. Greg was great with communication and very responsive. Will definitely rent again!
