Incredible 7 bedroom 7 bath Luxury Condo Downtown Cabo walk 1 block to the beach

The adjoining condos were a great set-up for our group of work buddies on a 5-day trip. The location was amazing (the beach, the town, and the marina were all walking distance!) and the condos were both in great shape. The balconies were great and the staff was universally friendly, helpful, and great with suggestions (including where to get authentic tacos!). The amount of space and kitchen/cooking utensils worked really well. We found everything we needed.

The huge pool was so warm and clean! The kids couldn’t get enough! The Consigner was fabulous and the security staff so friendly and helpful. The management was so accommodating. The twin condos are plenty big for our combined family of 14! This property sits 2 blocks from the beach and all the shopping, eateries and activities! Perfect location. Kitchen is well suited for cooking and serving. Large screen TV and huge countertop to gather around. Bedrooms are plain but adequate. AC is awesome even in July heat. Stephen

We walked everywhere and there was plenty of room for all of us. We were in Cabo for a bachelor party and we’re able to walk to bars and be close to “home”. The condo was well kept and was actually 2 condos connected together which meant 2 kitchens,etc. so even more room for everyone. I would highly recommend this place if you are coming to Cabo for a fun time.

I reserved this condo for a bachelor party with 11 grown men in my party. I must say everyone was very impressed and comfortable with the accomdations. Scenery and location were exquisite including Serrano’s, the onsite restuarant. Concensus from all 11 people was BEST VACA EVER.

Condos are even larger and better than the photos!! Beautiful, new and upgraded - stocked with everything you need. Huge connected patios are amazing for big groups like ours. This location is absolutely perfect!! Right in the middle of everything and close to everything you want to do. Only 1 block to the beach, shopping, restaurants, marina and nightclubs... no car needed... couldn't ask for a better location, and perfect for large groups - everyone can walk wherever they want to go! Cabo has more activities than you can do in a week or two - and for all age groups! We highly recommend and will be back again soon. Owner and on site office friendly, helpful and prompt to respond. We had a fabulous time in the Marina sol Condo! We rented the 3 and 4 bedroom condo connected by the wrap around patio. Perfect! The amenities were beautiful and comfortable. The condo was only a short walk to the beautiful beach and a convenient walk to town, the many fun bars and restaurants or the Marina. The area in the complex and around had everything to make our trip outstanding. The concierge was friendly and helpful for all our activities. We will be back!

I had a group of 7 that had to bail out of Nassau due to Irma..Choose Cabo and book the Condo the night before we left. Could not have booked a better place is I planned for months. Perfect location, one block to the beach and all the bars. On the way to the beach are several quieter restaurants. We spent most days at the pool bar. Great people and great food. The units are connected by a balcony that is the gathering place when at the condo. The place is a hidden gem.

Had the BEST GIRL TRIP ever thanks to Ginny and this spacious luxury condo in Cabo. As a group of 15 girls, it was difficult to find a place big enough to sleep us all and still be close enough to all the fun of Medano beach. The two condos connect through the back sliding doors so we had two separate kitchens to cook in and plenty of rooms to sleep everyone comfortably. This location really has it all. The condos were super clean, modern, and comfortable. First floor, easy access, view of swimming pool, cozy outside furniture, and only one block away from the beach. Ginny was awesome and helped us with everything from transportation to recommendations such as stopping at WalMart to stock up on everything we needed for our trip. Upon our arrival we were greeted in the lobby restaurant where Emanuel gave us all free welcome drinks. Everyone on the property was welcoming and friendly. Our company booked these connecting condos here for a business retreat. This property is everything it was advertised to be. It is NEW and gorgeous. Everything is high end, new beds, new linen, new dishes, all built in stainless steel appliances this is also a great place for families and beach lovers. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach takes less than 3 minutes to get to beach. There is a new restaurant called Serrano's in the lobby with very good food. Surprised to see their bar served everything from cheap tequila shots & beer to high end alcohol. Our group did a tequila tasting party with them and they served us food and numerous kinds of tequila, thank God we were close to our condo so the trip home was easy. Surprised to find a small hidden restaurant in Cabo prices were surprisingly affordable food and service were amazing. I was so impressed I tried to book this condo for our family for Thanksgiving but it's already booked. Will be back
