Close to Sand harbor. I wouldn't get a first floor unit next time. I could hear people above walking . Walking distance to restaurant bar was nice. Nothing special about the room you're just paying for the area

Listed as a two bedroom but it’s really a one bedroom with a day bed and trundle in the living room.

While the property did indeed sleep 4 adults, it should not be described as a 2BR since two of the beds are in the eating area.

We were surprised that it was at the 'back' of the Lake Tahoe School. We got lost until we finally asked directions, our GPS was correct, but it was taking us to the school. Once we drove through the school parking lot we were there and it was a wonderful place to stay. Would do it again!!! Great stay. Very comfortable.

It was a beautiful area, conveniently located but still quiet. The owner was very nice and accommodating. It was our first time to Lake Tahoe and the condo was just right for a few days stay. The only unexpected item was that there was no range, but I did not check the listing for one and assumed it was there. Well, that and a couple of bears, who were an nice surprise. :)

We were in town to work a wedding and needed nearby accommodations. It was quiet, clean, and easy to enter. The nearby parking made it easy to enter and exit our unit every day and it was a comfortable stay.

The Incline Village condo was comfortable with the necessary amenities, and a great “home base”to all the activities we enjoyed at Lake Tahoe. The beds were comfy, the patio was nice for bird watching while drinking our morning coffee, we enjoyed walking through the woods to the university and restaurants close by.

You can’t beat the location if you are skiing at Diamond peak. The place was easy to get in and out, well equipped and comfortable for the four of us. The only negative was the soundproofing between units. Also, beds for two are in the same room as the kitchen so if you have early risers it can be difficult for the others. Overall, it met our needs!

The online listing was significantly inaccurate. Instead of a 2bd apartment, it's essentially a 1bd with an improvised sleeping area in the living room/kitchen.The advertised twin beds were misleading. One was a broken daybed unsuitable for adults (or anyone taller than 5), and the other was a broken bended bed frame 5 inches from the floor, with a thin mattress. Both very uncomfortable. The apartment itself felt outdated with mismatched and worn-out furniture (e.g., a newspaper holder used as a nightstand). It also lacked proper cleanliness. We experienced significant noise from the unit above. We could hear EVERY footsteps and their TV.The heating system was completely inadequate. Despite reaching out to the owner that answered promptly, we were unable to resolve the issue. With temperatures outside dropping to 18F and indoor temperatures hovering around 65F. The portable heater in the closet needed proper installation and we couldn't use it. The only chance left was to walk few blocks outside to borrow portable heaters from a neighbor. We just went to bed instead as we had to leave early in the am.

The location is great and the price is right. The place needs some TLC such as a new mattress, a deep clean, microwave safe bowls and plates, and some better window coverings. Overall it is nice it just needs some upgrading and a refresh.

The location of this place is fine - not in the most popular part of Tahoe but there are good food and coffee options very close by and access to the lake is within 20 minutes. Parking and check-in is easy (although directions were confusing - we found it, but the explanation of how to get to the unit was not terribly clear). The unit has a little back porch area, so you can sit outside or get fresh air in - that is nice - and we appreciated the reclining sofa and having enough sleeping space for 4. The layout of the apartment is a bit odd, though, as is the decor (looks a bit like the owners asked all of their relatives for whatever furniture, rugs, blankets, etc that they weren't using and then threw it all into the apartment. Quite the odd mishmash of items) and the bedroom smells a bit musty. None of that was a deal-breaker, though, and the price was reasonable, so if you have a small family and not a huge budget, you should certainly consider it.

This was a very comfortable stay. It was very easy to find and access to the property was easy with Dene’s instructions. My review overall is 4 out of five, not for anything wrong with the place, but simply because there is a little room for improvement. I’d stay again as is. The big bed was so comfy, but I have mild mobility problems so I struggled a bit getting on it. I’m tall and I imagine a shorter person would have difficulty too. I suggest a small step stool next to the bed. The day bed/trundle and loveseat would be great for families with kids. Towels and linens were clean though of mixed quality. The UGG throw was luxurious and special. I would have liked more touches like that. I have ordinary at home. The kitchen supplies were basic and minimal, but enough. We found everything we needed to prepare our picnic meals so not having a stove wasn’t an issue. An assortment of old sponges under the sink was off putting and I found it both convenient and weird that the ice trays were full. They looked a little dirty on top, so we dumped them out, washed the trays, and made fresh. The decor was homey, but could use an update. It felt a little like I was staying at an aunt’s house while she was away. That’s a good, comfortable feeling, and I appreciate individual taste, but I personally prefer my VRBO experience to be a bit above the ordinary. Just a few small changes would bring this stay to a five out of five, but value for your money is spot on! Good job Dene! Thanks!
