Stayed Oct 3, 2025Great place to stay, the only 2 things were that we got in when it was dark and the lighting outside needs to be better. It was very dark in the parking lot and going up the stairs to the condo. We could also hear the people above us

Stayed Jul 11, 2025The condo was easy to find and communication with the owner was easy and responses were quick. Our stay was a 5-day layover to relax for a few days during a 3 week trip through Colorado. Unfortunately, the pool was not functioning while we were there, one of the main reasons for booking, but the owner did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, we were happy with the condo, the location, and the owner and would definitely consider this location again if staying in Durango.

Stayed Jun 9, 2025Property was easy to get in and out of. Condo was private and cozy and spacious. Was nice to have amenities in the condo as needed like the washer and dryer. Upright vacuum would have been nice, but the broom sufficed. Decor was interesting and unique. Loved the skateboard shelves. The master bed was surprisingly comfortable to us. The clubhouse was a little outdated and the pool area could have used some attention. Overall stay was great!
