Stayed Aug 24, 2025Very clean and nicely furnished. Wonderful kitchen, dining room furnishings, bedrooms and baths .Upstairs unit may not be best for elderly and climbing stairs. Lots of them. Check out lower units. TVs and channel choices are a . AC units worked well. Loved the walk in shower in master bath. Great place for the price. Great area to explore from nightlife to outdoor activity to scenic drives .

Stayed Aug 9, 2024It was so nice to catch up with old college roommates in Ellicottville. We shopped, ate great food, and enjoyed the entire space of the Bordeaux Bungalow. Our favorite part was enjoying snacks and drinks on the outdoor patio. Thank you for having us!

Stayed Jul 19, 2024This is our second time here. Love the location, easy walking distance to downtown Ellicotville. Very clean and up to date on inside. Super comfortable beds. Love the out door fire pit and porch to sit on. Would highly recommend!

Stayed May 16, 2024This place is a short walk to downtown, lots of parking, shared fire pit area. It is a 2nd level unit which wasn’t obvious or stated in listing. It is also right beside an active train track ! The cleanliness of the floors, toilets and outside furniture was not where it should be.
