The reviews are totally right, Jason is awesome and will help guide you with whatever you might need. We’ve never been to telluride and it totally helped put my mind at ease that someone local could help me out. Access to chair lift 7 is amazing and the convince of the Galloping Goose picking you up right out front and taking you anywhere you need to go around town is so convenient. It was so easy, even with kids and ski equipment!! Great memories thanks to this great little gem!

My wife and I chose this lodging for a 4-night stay in June to participate in Mountains 2 Desert Classic bike ride. Our host was friendly and professional, and was effective and responsive with his communications. The location offered very easy and close access to main city area either via free city shuttle service or by walking on foot. Several restaurants are within walking distance. I would certainly stay at this location again.

The condo was nice and cozy. The 1st night we ate at Siam’s Thai around 8pm. They let us sit in their heated patio b/c we didn’t have reservations. The food was delicious. The next day, we walked to the Clark’s grocery store (5min walk) for breakfast items and pizza we could throw in the oven. So we really used the kitchen. (We forgot to buy butter.) it was a little pricey but not as much as restaurants. Check restaurants beforehand in case your favorite food restaurant requires them. Going into Mountain Village was easy using the local bus and then riding the Gondola! We actually took our own s’more items and used the fire pits they had in Mountain Village to make them! (We got the extra long handle skewers off of Amazon!) Skiing was great! Jason checked in on us and gave us great info! We loved our stay!

It was the perfect telluride getaway!

Very well cared for property! I was lacking for nothing and getting in and out was a piece of cake. I'll bring my wife next time!

This was a trip for my in-laws as an anniversary present. They had a wonderful time. The property owner, Jason, was so kind to make sure they had everything they needed and he checked on them throughout the trip to make sure they were okay.

Jason is a very attentive host. He is very quick to reply to inquiries. The unit is just steps to a chair lift and very well appointed with plenty of dishes, flatware,etc.We have a great vacation!

Excellent location with a very short walk to lift 7! Also super close to parking garage, hot tub, and laundry facilities. Jason was a great host who communicated with us and stopped in to say hi after his day on the slopes. Would stay again.

Jason was an incredible host. He was very communicative and did a great job suggesting places we should see and where we should eat. The access to the lift was amazing and the condo complex was very nice.

Very nice condo on the edge of town. We were here for the bluegrass festival and this was a great location for us. The place was clean and as described. Jason was a great host that responded quickly to all of our questions.

The property is exactly what was promised. It’s an affordable stay in a great location that’s walking distance from everything. But what makes this property stand out is Jason the host! He was extremely helpful since before I made the reservation and was quick to answer any questions during my stay. I was in town for business and have since booked this property for several future visits. I definitely recommend!

Great stay

There were 5 of us for a week and we were perfectly comfortable! Great location for skiing, heading into town etc.

Jason is the best. Very responsive and great recommendations for everything you need will your in town. The location couldn’t be better. Just steps from the chair lift and short walk to bars and restaurants of downtown.

This condo was exactly as listed: super close to the lift 7 and well-stocked with great value. Jason was wonderful to deal with and the indoor parking was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I booked this condo last-minute when our first option fell through. The space was small, cozy, and clean. The location was great as it was walking distance to restaurants and a short bus ride away from the gondola station to get to Mountain Village. Jason was a great host and super helpful. He went above and beyond to help us jump my car when the battery died! Would definitely recommend!

Ideal location near river path and ski lift. Clean well equipped and comfortable condo. Host went out of his way to provide information and respond to questions. Great value.

This property was lovely and a perfect location.

We had a great stay at this condo in Telluride. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. You can park your car in the secure underground garage which is on-site and only feet away. Jason, the owner, was responsive to all inquiries. The main grocery store, Clark's Market, is very close and the entire town of Telluride is within walking distance. It is a perfect place for 3-4 adults. 5 Stars! Jim M.

Jason is the property manager and he is awesome. He was always available to answer questions and was very helpful. He really wanted us to enjoy our stay at his condo.

Within walking distance to downtown and other activities. East to get to the Gondola and many trails. Property was clean with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable, plenty of closet space.

Clean and very comfortable. The condo was perfect for my family so convenient. Parking was easy. The views around the condo were breathtaking. Jason was easily available via text or phone call when needed. Will definitely be staying again if i revisit the area.
