Located directly on beautiful Maalaea Bay, savor stunning sunrises over majestic Haleakala every morning in this newly remodeled and meticulously maintained ground floor unit. Located on the most private corner of the complex with the premium views, and literally 50’from your lanai to the our famed Sea Turtle sanctuary. With straight-on and direct southerly views to Molokini and constant whale watching all winter, this is truly paradise. No hassling with elevators…just park in your reserved parking spot 20' away and walk straight in the front door! You will also appreciate that our unit is away from the community pool, thus adding to your privacy and solitude.

We recently completed our full remodel, including all new furniture, kitchen/appliances, finest bedding/linens, paint, electronics, wide-plank flooring throughout....so no musty or dirty carpet. We are also one of the few units with both central A/C and our own washer and dryer for your added convenience.

The beautiful Maalaea Kai complex is renowned for it’s meticulous ‘golf course-type’ landscaping, friendly atmosphere, Tiki Torches, and social time at the BBQ area. (The DCS BBQ’s are the best money can buy). The recently renovated pool and BBQ areas are spotless and a joy to use.
If you crave walking on or swimming in a sandy beach, you’re a few minutes stroll to the unspoiled HAYCRAFT BEACH PARK/MAALAEA BEACH, boasting 3+ MILES of gentle, swimmable sandy beachfront. Maalaea Beach is arguably one of the most beautiful, unspoiled, and surprisingly unused beaches on Maui. (Google it!) Plus, it's located directly across from the beautiful Kealia National Wildlife Refuge. Or, from your unit, take a 3-minute walk in the opposite direction to Maalaea Harbor for a sunset sail, whale watch excursion, snorkeling trip to Molokini, deep-sea fishing, shopping, or visit the nationally acclaimed Maui Ocean Center Aquarium or Seascape Restaurant for a first-class dining experience.

This Unit is perfect for one or two couples, (Brand new King and Queen beds), however we’ve outfitted it with an ultra-high quality sofa-bed w/pillow-top if you need the extra sleeping space.

This special home was previously owned by our parents, who genuinely enjoyed and contributed to the Aloha Spirit of ‘The Kai’ for over 25 years.
