Stayed May 6, 2026Host slow to replyGreat space and arrangementsand view!However, was not clean, our socks were black from walking on floors, toys and items left behind from previous renters under furniture! Firniture needs cleaning, only 8 spoons, no mixing bowls, sheets were nappy and no mattress pads, No dusting or cleaning under furniture. Some pots and pans had to be rewaahed before use.

Stayed Nov 26, 2025Communication was great. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Some of us arrived after the lobby was closed and we were unable to get our parking passes. On Thanksgiving Day, an employee made a special effort and came over to give us our parking passes! We would definitely stay at The Phoenix Gulf Shores again.

It was the perfect set up for our large family including small children. The well appointed kitchen may have been a bit of a stretch but we only cooked breakfast so it wasn't a problem. Beach was very accessible. We would definitely stay here again!

Only issues we ran into were broken fridge shelves (maintenance fixed these quickly), water dispenser in fridge didn't work (was not fixed while we were there), and it could have been cleaned more thoroughly upon check-in. Not enough to take down the overall score.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024Beautiful views. Nice decor. Balcony is amazing. There are plenty of dishes for a large group. Elevators were in working order and clean. Phoenix grounds were clean and nice. Floors in the condo were dirty and sandy upon our arrival. Floors made your feet or socks black on the bottom. Couch was torn. Toilet slid around on the floor. Fridge had a couple of broken shelves. TV in one of the bedrooms was unusable because it is about to go out and the screen is blue.
