Immaculate First Floor Beach Side Escape

We had a fantastic week at this property and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a comfortable, well-located getaway.The home was very clean from the moment we arrived. Having two full bathrooms made a big difference for our group, and the enclosed porches were a huge win with kids. They could run freely without any worry of them wandering off the property.The location is hard to beat. Two blocks from the bay and one block from the ocean means you have options depending on the mood of the day. Several restaurants and bars are also within easy walking distance, which made evenings out simple and stress-free.One of our favorite features was the sliding glass door in every bedroom, including the living room. On nice days, we opened them all and let a cool breeze flow through the entire house. In the afternoons, you could hear live music drifting over from across the street. Not too loud, just right. It gave the whole space a relaxed, open feel that really made the stay.We would absolutely return. Thank you for a great week!

Love the location. The manager was great to work with. Towels were limited to 4 and were badly worn. There were only 2 washcloths. The master shower drain would not drain. The grab rail in both bothrooms was broken. The outdoor seating area had not been cleaned (e.g. leaves & debris). Bed in guest room needs a new mattress. The dryer took 4 cycles to dry clothes. There was porn available on the TV in the living room.

Property is between the beach and the bay in easy walking distance. Restaurants nearby were very good. The condo was tastefully decorated and spacious. The host was responsive to the problem of a full dumpster. Loved our stay!

fishing was very slow, but the house was nice and close to good fishing spots on the beach , Mike landlord was very co-operative. was there to answer any questions and provide all info.

This home is exactly as described, immaculate! Perfect location, walked to great restaurants and beach. Condo has everything needed. Great communication with owner. Would definitely return!

My family and I loved our stay at this condo! It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Michael was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any message I sent. I would highly recommend this unit and we cannot wait to stay here again when we return to the shore.

Very well kept property and unit. Lots to do in very close proximity. Beach Beautiful. Owner was very accessible and responsive. Excellent stay and overall experience. Definitely recommend this property.
