Ilikai 1122 Ocean / Lagoon / King Bed, Sofa Bed

The place was great. There were some things that need some work. Sounds like the blinds have been broken for a while and not getting fixed. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work and the sleeper sofa was very loud when my kids would move around at night. Otherwise

ac worked fine , room was clean and equipped in the kitchen and bathroom TV worked great , wifi worked fine , the vertical blinds do not function so light comes in at night. kitchen faucet needs attention , very loose . latch on the sliding patio doors missing two screws' and the others very loose , bed creeks when ever you move on it not just a little . all in all i had a decent room with a view

When we arrived, the code didn’t work. Fortunately someone was on site to fix quickly. Great location and price was a good value. Parking at ilikai marina was easy. The room is fine. The bed is okay, not the best or worst. The kitchen was totally adequate for my family. The ac leaked several times . Plenty of towels. Only 3 coffee filters - such a small thing to cheap out on. No surfboard as shown in photo. I was also charged twice before our arrival which was fixed but still really annoying. Overall, adequate budget stay.

The location of the property and the view can’t be beat ! You’re also located on the quieter side of the beach .All the amenities are in the property and in great working order .Highly recommended, would stay again !

This unit would be great, but has not been kept up. The AC was leaking and had to be repaired twice while we were here. The couch is old and smells bad. The dishwasher was not working and could not be fixed.

This location was everything that we had hoped for and wanted. Great location and views.Will be staying there in 5 years or so!

The check in was wonderful as was t h e view. The room itself needs help with the AC and the bathroom toilet paper and towel holders are broke so is the lanai curtains

Great view, convenient location inside Ilikai Hotel property with a market and coffee shops etc. AC was nice and quiet. We wished we could see the fireworks from the lanai but it was right behind the Hilton so we only enjoyed the sound of it. However, we got to see Hilton luau almost every night from our lanai. Only constructive feedback is that the dishwasher was unusable, the door cannot be opened. Other than that, we’re happy to have chosen this room!

Great View!

Overall, property good. Just a few minor issues. Ice make did not work but we managed with continuously filling ice tray. No kleenex/tissues but again wi managed by buying some. The main issue was the bed. It is horribly squeaky with slightest of movement. The overall property was great.

We had a great time!! Condo was nice but not great!!!! NEEDS some updating!!!!! The area was perfect and the view was spectacular!!!!! Thank you for sharing your space!!

We spent a few days here. Great Location! Right there next to the ocean/pond. Parking via Valet quick and convenient!Several Shops and restaurant. Fun times.My kids said futon was squeaky but they slept fine! Great place and had everything we needed in the kitchen!

We enjoyed the lanai and the kitchen is well equipped. Communication with management property was excellent. Check in/check out were seamless. Window shades were difficult to close and there are a lot of external light sources. The bed is comfortable but perhaps soft, and the unit is a bit dated. For our purposes, it was f8ne.

From our balcony we could see surfers, parasailing, planes, boats, sail boats, whales surfacing. We were close to restaurants and across the street there were shops to visit. Walking distance to the beach.

The balcony has a nice view of the Hilton Lagoon and the Ocean beyond that. Kitchen has all the utensils needed for making meals in the condo. The parking behind the Ilikai is 1/Hr with a 24hr max stay, never had any issues finding a spot. Good communication with the host throughout the trip. Thanks for the stay!

The view is amazing! Th matress on the bed and fold out were very uncomfortable. We got there an hour after we were supposed to check-in, and someone was still there cleaning. They rushed the rest of the clean, because we were in the hallway. There was still garbage under the sink and a lot of the silverware were still dirty (in drawer.) We had to ask for addtl towels and blankets for the fold out and management questioned whether they were actually needed.The wLl around the ahower is falling apart - you can see prior caulking and putty coming off. It was an overall great location but the amenities themselves will have us never booking here again; not worth it.

We stayed to participate the Honolulu Marathon. The location is close from the start line. The view from the room was fantastic !!! Also it’s very easy to get around Waikīkī from the property. Public Parking is also available just a few minutes walk . It’s got everything we needed . We had such wonderful stay there. Thank you !!

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the lanai is great. The Illikai has wonderful amenities on the property including a market, an ice cream shop, a coffee shop, and multiple restaurants. The walk to the beach took less than ten minutes. Everything was clean and comfortable. Check in was exceptionally easy. The blinds do need to be replaced and the bathroom needs to be updated. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in this rental. Everything about it was perfect for the three of us. Location, view, and access to everything we needed was exactly what we were looking for.
