Idyllic Dtwn Anchorage Condo w/ Fireplace!

Beautiful apartment, great location and perfect spot to start your Alaskan adventure. We could not have been more comfortable. 10+++

Mary is an excellent communicator. Really easy and clean instructions on timing and rules and very quick to respond. Not only that, but there is also instructions about the property and tips for Anchorage on notecards strategically placed throughout the house. You knew the rules of the house and where to go after one walk through. The location of the property is perfect! Walking distance from everything downtown. We watched the Iditarod and was back at the house playing cards within two minutes. The house is very neat and tidy, very large living areas and cozy! The fireplace works and works well! We had to turn it off at times because it was abnormally warm in Anchorage during our visit, I imagine it’s incredible during normal weather temperatures. It’s the best property I’ve rented for a vacation. It’s perfect from top to bottom, location, coziness, access, everything. I can’t recommend this property and its owners enough!

Unit was incredibly clean and well cared for. Parking was a breeze and very convenient. Host was extremely responsive and friendly! I am very happy with our stay! Thank you!!

This was a perfect location to go to the Iditarod dog sled race. The condo was great. Decor was tasteful and Alaskan unique. Kitchen is fully equipped for fixing a meal including spices or making coffee. Bathroom has large thick towels and toiletries, bedding was soft and warm with extra blankets and pillows. Falling asleep in the massage chair was regular routine before dinner. Living room was very comfortable and I really appreciated the swivel rocker recliners by the fireplace. Mary, Host, has thought of almost every detail for guests comfort. Happy trails

I come to stay in Anchorage regularly for work and this place has been the most enjoyable and well-appointed by far. The accommodations, amenities, and availability of neighborhood activities were wonderful. The hosts were gracious and responsive.

This was our third stay at Mary’s E Street apartment and as always everything was outstanding! I could live happily ever after in this unit. Everything we come to Anchorage to do is within walking distance - the 5th Ave Mall, Quilt shop on G street, Restaurants in every direction, bike rentals……Trust me - this place is amazing.

We stayed there as a base location to multiple excursions throughout the area. The house was quiet and comfortable.

Amazing location, hospitality, and apartment. February trip to Anchorage and can’t begin to believe how fortunate we were to find this spot! We’ll be staying here (if lucky😉) each time we’re in Anchorage.

We had a wonderful stay. Mary was so responsive, and accommodating. The condo was clean, spacious, cozy, and perfect for my daughter and I during our visit to Anchorage. I highly recommend this home away from home.

Clean, Cute and a perfect location for our business trip into Anchorage. Centrally located in Downtown Anchorage with plenty of food and drink options within walking distance when you want to let off a little steam after a long day of work. The Host is also insanely responsive and will go the extra mile to make your stay as perfect as possible. THANK YOU Mary!

My family loved staying here. Everything was clean, well- stocked, comfortable and the location is within walkable distance to so many restaurants and activities. Mary is a great host and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in Anchorage.

The property is great and spacious. It has a large kitchen and family room. The host had great communication and was incredibly helpful. You were very happy with both the host and the property. I would 100% recommend it!
